Me parece una verguenza la cantidad de aparcamientos que les han RESERVADO para sus vehiculos, cuando antes estos eran de uso publico; si ya era dificil aparcar en la zona ahora lo es mucho mas.

He ido para alquilar un coche de sustitucion por un accidente con el mio y todo han sido facilidades. Trato personal y exquisito entrega recien lavado por dentro y fuera, recomendable 100%.

Me dejaron un coche de sustitucion (las rozas) la atencion fue muy buena, que luego tuve que cambiar por un tema de un neumatico, el cambio lo realice en (estacion de atocha) atendiendome Patricia, encantadora tengo que decirlo, que me soluciono el problema inmediatamente

Alquile una furgoneta ayer sobre la 1 de la tarde. Despues de haber hecho el pago de todo, al llegar a la oficina me dijeron que no estaba pagado y me lo volvieron a cobrar. Al intentar explicarlo no me dieron opcion y me dijeron que todas las quejas las pusiera en la oficina del burgo centro cuando la recogida fue en europolis. Ni siquiera me acompano a la furgoneta y la comprobo. Me la senalo desde lejos y me dio la llave. Al cogerla por la A6 me di cuenta de que al pasar de 70km/h la direccion vibraba mucho. Hoy a las 9 de la manana fui a la oficina del burgo centro. Pedi una hoja de reclamaciones. La chica amabilisima pero el responsable de la tienda al pedirle q rellenara los datos para la reclamacion me dijo q no sabia ni el cif ni nada de su empresa. Llevaba cascos en las 2 orejas y ni se los quito. Volvi a europolis a entregar la llave. La persona q me habia tratado de forma tan mal educada me hizo esperae media hora. Fue hasta la furgoneta. Comprobo todo, hasta las ruedas y dentro de la guantera. Cuando le dije lo de la direccion me comento q le extranabs y que como no lo habia probado... mala suerte. Continuamente alquilo furgonetas y nunca me habia pasado algo asi. Espero q me devuelvan ese dinero cobrado indebidamente pero nos han dicho q hasta pasadas 36 horas no lo podian comprobar. Me parece vergonzoso.

I continually rent vans and something like this has never happened to me. I hope that they will return the money that was improperly collected, but they have told us that they could not verify it until after 36 hours. I find it embarrassing.
Too expensive when you're looking for 7 places car. 300 euros per week is crazy... in other countries are cheaper and i don't know why not in Spain. The car was also with a few damages which doesnt make the value that i paid for it
