Reservamos un "Mercedes C-Class o similar" esperando un vehiculo de esa categoria. Sin embargo, al llegar nos dieron un Alfa Romeo Tonale, que nos describieron como una "mejora". Sin embargo, consideramos que esto no cumple con lo que se esperaba en terminos de calidad y confort. Ademas, existe una clara diferencia en el mercado entre ambos vehiculos, tanto en precio (45.000EUR-55.000EUR para el Mercedes frente a 35.000EUR-45.000EUR para el Tonale) como en categoria. Al expresar nuestra insatisfaccion, la unica alternativa que nos ofrecieron fue un Citroen C4, otro modelo que tambien esta por debajo de lo reservado y pagado. Nuestro viaje requeria un sedan para estacionar en espacios estrechos, y terminamos pagando un sobreprecio por un auto que no se ajustaba a nuestras necesidades ni a lo prometido en el contrato (5YBDWM). Desde el 5 de octubre, hemos intentado innumerables veces contactar con Enterprise para resolver esta situacion, sin exito. Hemos llenado sus formularios en la pagina web, llamado a la sucursal nacional, a la de UK, contactado la oficina local (que aparece "cerrada" incluso en horario de atencion) y tambien acudido en persona. Su unica respuesta fue ofrecernos un 15% de descuento para una proxima reserva (que, por supuesto, nunca habra). No buscamos un descuento; necesitamos un reembolso parcial que refleje la diferencia entre el vehiculo reservado y el entregado. Lo mas decepcionante ha sido su falta de responsabilidad y atencion al cliente. Aunque en las resenas negativas aseguran que revisan las quejas, en la practica redirigen a formularios que hemos rellenado en multiples ocasiones sin recibir respuesta alguna. Es evidente que no tienen intencion de solucionar nada. Os aconsejamos encarecidamente evitar esta empresa a toda costa. Nuestra experiencia ha sido nefasta y su atencion, inexistente. Un servicio que no cumple con lo que promete y que ignora cualquier intento de resolucion por parte del cliente.

We booked a "Mercedes C-Class or similar" expecting a vehicle of that category. However, upon arrival we were given an Alfa Romeo Tonale, which was described to us as an "upgrade". However, we consider that this does not meet what was expected in terms of quality and comfort. Furthermore, there is a clear difference in the market between both vehicles, both in price (EUR45,000-EUR55,000 for the Mercedes versus EUR35,000-EUR45,000 for the Tonale) and category. When expressing our dissatisfaction, the only alternative they offered us was a Citroen C4, another model that is also below what was reserved and paid for. Our trip required a sedan to park in tight spaces, and we ended up paying a premium for a car that didn't fit our needs or what was promised in the contract (5YBDWM). Since October 5, we have attempted countless times to contact Enterprise to resolve this situation, without success. We have filled out their forms on the website, called the national branch, the UK branch, contacted the local office (which appears "closed" even during business hours) and also went in person. Their only response was to offer us a 15% discount for a next reservation (which, of course, there will never be). We are not looking for a discount; We require a partial refund that reflects the difference between the vehicle reserved and the one delivered. The most disappointing thing has been their lack of responsibility and customer service. Although in the negative reviews they assure that they review complaints, in practice they redirect to forms that we have filled out on multiple occasions without receiving any response. It is evident that they have no intention of solving anything. We strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs. Our experience has been disastrous and their attention has been non-existent. A service that does not fulfill what it promises and that ignores any attempt at resolution by the client.

Summary: They weren't helpful at all. I would never go back. Detail: We rented a luxury class vehicle online and needed a sedan because we were going to a small city. When we arrived, expecting a Mercedes C-class or similar, they gave us a large SUV (an Alfa Romeo Tonale). Although the Alfa Romeo is a nice car, it wasn't what we had reserved, nor was it the right size for our trip. They told us the Alfa Romeo was an upgrade and that normally they would charge for an upgrade like this. If they had made me pay for an upgrade I didn't ask for, I would've been furious. This upgrade wasn't optional for us. They didn't have a car in the class we actually rented and we didn't have a choice in the matter. Either we took the car they gave us or another SUV. Essentially they only had two cars we could choose from. And since we made the reservation online, they couldn't give us a partial refund. They did offer us a small discount on the next rental - but that wouldn't fix the problem because now we have no desire to go back due to lack of trust. Additionally, a new Alfa Romeo Tonale is roughly EUR10.000 to EUR15.000 cheaper than a Mercedes C-class and you can tell the difference in quality. The driving experience is not comparable. After we got back from the trip, I called twice per week every week for more than a month. The service on the customer help line was not much better than the service I received at Las Rozas. They all said there's nothing they can do because they don't have the authority to issue refunds. I spoke with the customer service in Spain and the UK, they sent email after email to the branch manager, the regional manager, and the country manager. No one ever responded or followed up with me. We feel deceived and were left with a bad taste in our mouth. Their idea of customer service is to take your money and then immediately pretend that you don't matter. It was a very unpleasant experience and I really don't think this branch would survive anywhere else. If you're a customer, you should go where you are treated best. And it's not here.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo valorarlo peor. Empresa nada recomendable, hemos tenido una experiencia malisima al entregar una furgoneta que habiamos alquilado. Para empezar por la manana cuando recojo la furgoneta la empleada que fue cordial en todo momento, se limito a decirme que la furgoneta estaba llena de danos, desperfectos y que la faltaban varias piezas....la pregunte que si podia haber algun problema a posteriori por eso, y me dijo que no, que no me preocupara. Hicimos el porte y me llamaron por la tarde para preguntarme que a que hora iba a dejar la furgoneta, que les hacia falta para otro cliente al dia siguiente, que si podia hacerles el favor de dejarla esa misma tarde-noche y les dije que sin problema, a las 21 hora estaba aparcada en el parquin y las llaves en el buzon. Mi sorpresa llega al dia siguiente cuando sin avisar me cobran aparte de los 400 de fianza, 1000 euros mas por un aranazo que yo no hice, aparte hubiera sido imposible localizarlo entre tantos de los que habia, porque como ya he dicho estaba llena de abollones y desperfectos...aparte en la factura que me pasan me ponen mas km de los que hice, porque hice foto al cogerla y al dejarla y no coinciden...me pongo en contacto con la sucursal...imposible nunca hay nadie, hablo con la central y me derivan al responsable un tal Carlos que no da la cara en ningun momento y me dice que la furgoneta esta en taller arreglandose el aranazo...que el dinero lo cogen, mi dinero, de mi cuenta, lo cogen para para cubrir el supuesto desperfecto que yo no he hecho y que me devuelven la diferencia...Arreglan un supuesto aranazo y no arreglan el cristal con un chinazo o el resto de golpes y rozaduras que tenia la furgoneta?? no me ensenan el supuesto aranazo, y a pesar de los golpes y el mal estado en el que estaba la furgoneta no arreglan nada...solo mi supuesto aranazo....Pido fotos y dicen que me las mandan, y aun estoy esperando....Una autentica verguenza que por supuesto no va a quedar asi ya que lo ocurrido va ser denunciado.

!!CUIDADO!! Clausulas abusivas !!!! Alquilamos un coche de una dia para otro pagando por adelantado. Cuando fuimos a recoger el vehiculo nos obligaron a tener una tarjeta de credito fisica y no quisieron aceptar nuestra tarjeta de credito virtual ( Apple Pay) . El responsable de la tienda Daniel y el segundo responsable Carlos nos dijeron que no habia ningun problema que nos devolvian el dinero ( 960EUR). Tras unas horas nos escribieron para decirnos que no nos devolvian nada. Es inadmisible , una politica abusiva y trato al cliente lamentable , sobre todo cuando el responsable nos dijo que no habia ningun problema. Tras ir a pelear a la tienda nos dijeron que nos devolvian la mitad ..... pero si la reserva la hicimos por la noche y el vehiculo era para recogerlo por la manana!!! No habeis prestado el servicio , porque no devolveis el dinero!!!!

Muy mala experiencia con Enterprise. Me han cobrado la fianza de 200 euros dos veces, aunque la primera vez fue reembolsada correctamente el dia que devolvimos la furgoneta. La segunda vez, sin autorizacion, cobraron la fianza tras la devolucion del vehiculo, a pesar de que todo estaba en orden segun nuestra conversacion del jueves. Los intentos de contacto para reclamar los 200 euros adicionales han sido en vano. La reserva, realizada con una semana y media de antelacion para recoger la furgoneta en Collado Mediano, nos obligo a desplazarnos hasta Las Rozas, ya que el vehiculo no estaba disponible en la ubicacion acordada. Al llegar a Las Rozas, nos informaron de un retraso de 30 minutos en la entrega de la furgoneta, a pesar de nuestra llegada a Collado Mediano a las 9:30. Finalmente, salimos con la furgoneta a las 11:30. Aunque el vehiculo estaba en condiciones aceptables, la gestion de la reserva y la falta de transparencia en los cargos adicionales han dejado mucho que desear.

Although the vehicle was in acceptable condition, the management of the reservation and the lack of transparency in additional charges have left much to be desired.

Really dissapointing!! At the phone I made it clear that I wanted a van from Monday morning to the next Monday evening. I was told that it would be 370 with a total insurance. When I went to take the van I was told that the insurance would not include wheels, so I paid an extra 40EUR to be "completely" covered (roof is not included). Next sorprise: "If something happen you will have to pay the first 200EUR...", and finally: there is a limit of 200km per day. Had I been told this on the phone I would have NEVER rented the van. With my trip already planned and my friend waiting for me at the airport I had no choice but to go ahead and complete my booking. I was going to Portugal so the extrakilometers ended up costing me 135 euros. But this story does not finish here... when I returned the van I was also charged for an extra day, that was 62,40 more!!!!!! Goodbye enterprise, never again!!!!

When we went to pick it up, they demanded a physical credit card, although we had a virtual credit card (Apple Pay), which they did not want to accept. They always deliver it, as it is their norm they say, with a random amount of fuel (in my case my with 3/8) and they refuse to fill it because it is their norm they told me.
