We came here for a birthday party, seven kids six adults. The birthday package my friend received was three races for the kids for the kids (10 minutes each) with chips, drinks, and pizza (they only provide ham and cheese pizza or in Spain the usual Jamon y queso). The pizza slices are fairly large and the chips are the usual plain lays. I'm not sure what my friend paid but after it was all said and done he remarked that it was a good deal and repeated that he wanted to come back. The race track is indoor and quite extensive for being indoors. The kids each received a jump suit, a sanitary hairnet to wear under their helmets, a helmet, and a neck pillow to brace their necks in case of a collision or anything jarring. Before they entered the first race they received a safety brief via a video in Spanish with English subtitles. There is a large seating area upstairs that is quite nice with tables and chairs, comfy couches, and they even have a bar for refreshments both alcoholic and non. If you want to be closer to the action they have bench seating downstairs next to the track. Overall, the kids had a blast and the entire event lasted about three hours; the adults even had fun. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time. I'd go back with our kids or as an office offsite event. Enjoy.

After driving to this location as we left the one in Madrid we Were told kids cannot drive after 5 pm!!! What a shame not having this more visible on google or website so kids won't be disappointed.. they do have it when you arrive about 7 feet high not visible. My kids were so sad... it does not make any sense why smaller kids kids can't have fun..

Nice place to come and have some fun if you like go kart racing. The process of registering and how it's all explained etc could be a bit better. We arrived and without knowing anything we were waiting around for people to attend us and tell us what we had to do I.e. put on the uniform, get a helmet etc. it was all very disorganised. We didn't know when to go down for our session and how it would work, with other people etc. apart from this, the actual track is a lot of fun. Things could be better maintained but it's nice to come and have some fun with friends..

They should improve the briefing room. I think they have done a big update in the living room, but there are rooms that dont live up to the experience. I think that a small facelift with a little more careful lighting instead of LEDs hanging on the walls would greatly improve the feedback from visitors.

Good facilities although the registration process is quite tedious. The staff gets overwhelmed by the rush and large groups and its a bit rude, but the important thing is the karts, and thats pretty cool. Its quite expensive, but you have to pay for the brand ;-) When the weather is good they open the outside space and the circuit is much larger.

Furthermore, the facility is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, although it is not a complicated adaptation. I expected more.

Four people reserved two batches in advance. The first one went very well and we enjoyed it a lot. The second, I cant say the same. They put us with a group of 10 people who had no previous experience, which made it dangerous and an experience I would not repeat. We exposed it and they commented that they were aware but they did nothing to solve it. An experience that, despite moving expressly to do it from Murcia, we could not enjoy and it was very dangerous. I WOULD NOT REPEAT AGAIN

Good experience overall. The attention was normal. As other comments say, it seems that there are people who go frequently and know the circuit, but in our case that was no problem. The price is normal, what we expected for the location and the brand. It is true that you have to be very attentive to indications, especially if you have not been before. The warnings to go to the locker room, to give you the horse riding and show you a video with certain rules, and to go down to the kart area, are very subtle warnings. At the top there is a small cafeteria, toilets next to the locker room, and seats to wait, since you cannot run the sessions in a row, and you have to wait. This area has stairs, no accessibility in this space. But below there are small steps, so you can sit and watch it. If you want a memory and have the session recorded, you have to notify beforehand. Our overall experience was good.

Como dicen otros comentarios, se ve que hay gente que va con frecuencia y conocen el circuito, pero en nuestro caso eso no supuso ningun problema. El precio, normal, lo que nos esperabamos por el sitio y la marca. Es cierto que hay que estar muy atento a indicaciones, especialmente si no has estado antes. Los avisos para ir a vestuario, que te den la equitacion y mostrarte un video con ciertas normas y para bajar a la zona de karts, son avisos muy sutiles. En la parte de arriba hay una pequena cafeteria, aseos lal lado del vestuario, y asientos para esperar, ya que no se puede correr las sesiones seguidas, y hay que esperar. Esta zona tiene escaleras, nada de accesibilidad en este espacio. Pero abajo hay unas pequenas gradas, para poder sentarse y verlo. Si quieres un recuerdo y que te graben la sesion tienes que avisar antes. Nuestra experiencia en general fue buena.
