Fui a recoger un coche adaptado para silla de ruedas para llevar a mis Abuelos a la boda de mi hermano, y en primer lugar me tenian un vehiculo lleno de aranazos, golpes, bollos y desperfectos exteriores. Hasta un faro trasero roto... Como es normal subi a la oficina y les dije que ese coche no me iba a llevar a una boda y me lo cambiaron por otro con menos aranazos y solo un golpe. Mi sorpresa fue cuando al entregarmelo la rampa de la silla de ruedas se quedaba atascada, le faltaban tornillos pequenos y los dos bulones gordos de sujecion de la rampa estaban flojos y las tuercas sueltas, y no abria, ni cerraba bien, y el que te entrega el vehiculo me decia "Tienes que dar tirones y hacer fuerza" 10 min tardo en desplegarla.... Bueno... Me la llevo porque nos hacia falta y de camino a mi casa noto que al frenar vibra de la parte delantera derecha, pastillas o lo que sea... que tiene un aviso de luces fundidas y al comprobarlo tenia las dos luces de posicion delanteras fundidas. Total, unos nervios tremendos toda la familia al meter a mi abuela el dia de la boda con la rampa averiada por si no podiamos luego abrirla para sacarla. Y al devolver el vehiculo y explicar todos estos problemas de seguridad del vehiculo, falta de mantenimiento y de funcionalidad. Me dice una empleada que nadie mas se ha quejado.... ("Y a mi, que me importa... Pense yo") Y que ni devuelven parte del alquiler, ni indemnizan nada, ni siquiera un descuento por las molestias para proximos alquileres. Vamos.... que me peine y me aguante. Con un trato muy seco y desagradable, sin pedir ninguna disculpa por todo el perjuicio causado. La fianza nos la devolvieron a los 2 dias en vez de los 10 dias que son por que llamamos y explicamos que nos hace falta ese dinero para taxis adaptados para llevar a mi abuela a medicos que tiene, y en eso si fueron rapidos. Asi que con toda esta experiencia espero que tengais ojo al alquilar con esta empresa para una boda o un evento importante o ineludible.

In short, the whole family had tremendous nerves when bringing my grandmother in on the wedding day with the broken ramp in case we couldn't open it later to get her out. And by returning the vehicle and explaining all these vehicle safety issues, lack of maintenance and functionality. An employee tells me that no one else has complained... ("And what does it matter to me... I thought") And that they neither return part of the rent, nor compensate anything, not even a discount for the inconvenience to upcoming rentals. They returned the deposit to us after 2 days instead of the 10 days that it is because we called and explained that we need that money for adapted taxis to take my grandmother to the doctors she has, and in that they were quick. So with all this experience I hope you are careful when renting with this company for a wedding or an important or unavoidable event.

Used a global booking company and paid online to make a car booking from the hotel to Madrid airport. Car turned up on time but when arriving at the airport was accused of not paying for the journey. The situation was very unpleasant and was made to pay for the journey again. Completely unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional

Destacar la puntualidad, la limpieza del vehiculo y la atencion y presencia del conductor, asi como el trato dispensado, especialmente al tratarse de un vehiculo adaptado para una persona en silla de ruedas.. Ademas de lo anterior destacar dos cosas que para mi merecen especial mencion: Por un error mio, para la hora de vuelta estaba planificada las 18:00 cuando debia ser las 16:00. Cuando llame a las 16:15 para interesarme por el retraso nos dimos cuenta del error y reaccionaron con profesionalidad indicandome que me enviaban un vehiculo inmediatamente como asi hicieron. Adicionalmente, como el trayecto de vuelta lo realizo una persona sin acompanante, el chofer tuvo la deferencia de llamarme cuando dejo a la persona en el destino para indicarme que todo habia ido bien. Pienso transmitir esta experiencia en mi entorno y de necesitar nuevamente de estos servicios contare con esta empresa.

Encantada con el servicio. Es la primera vez q lo utilizo y debo decir q que no tengo ni un pero . Profesionales , el coche impecable, puntuales , el precio de los trayectos cerrado, el conductor ( Miguel) amable , educado y encantador en todos los aspectos. Si duda lo volvere a contratar.
