Would never rent another vehicle from this company again! They rent cars that are not maintenance. We had a white Nissan x trail that gave us nothing but problems when trying to start it up. The key fob did not sync up to start sensor and we would have to wait 5-10 minutes for the car to start. Brakes constantly squeaking (loud). When we picked up car they gave it to us on EMPTY! When I asked why they were renting me a car with less than 5 miles of fuel, they replied "you can return it back to us this way. There's a gas station a mile up the street " We had a total rental price for the vehicle and when we tried to pay for it in cash (American dollars) the extremely rude employee at the desk said "we pay the dollar at $15 pesos, regardless of how much it's being paid elsewhere " so they charged us an extra $100 USD! Absolutely no customer service skills at this establishment. Again, I would never rent from them again!
Los recomiendo, son una empresa muy confiable y economica, pedi un presupuesto dias antes y me cobraron lo que me dijeron desde el inicio sin cobrarme extra como lo hacen otras companias

Great customer service and car was in great condition. Flew in to Guadalajara from San Diego and they provided a ride from and back to airport both ways. Just call them and they will send their driver.
