3 stars only for the friendliness of the staff at the car pickup. The employee was very welcoming, explained everything clearly, and went over all the car's details with us to ensure there wouldn't be any issues at drop-off. BUT! 1) The car was very dirty. The trunk looked like something had spilled all over it, and no one even bothered to clean it up. The seats were covered in dust and grime. 2) CarPlay and a screen are basic features that any rental car should have. How else are you supposed to navigate? The USB port only allowed charging and couldn't transmit sound to the speakers, so it was useless for map apps--you won't hear any navigation instructions. Instead of a screen, you'll just have a phone holder. 3) The most frustrating issue: We booked the car for 9:30 AM on Saturday at the Las Palmas office because the website allowed us to. However, the office only opens at 10 AM! Meanwhile, a company employee contacted me via WhatsApp to offer an additional service, but didn't mention the office hours. When I brought this up, I simply received the response: "Lo siento, esperar"

Super friendly staff and no hard sell for extras...such as excess insurance. Car was perfect for our day driving down to the south via the interior.
Rented a car in February 2024. Car pick up went quite okay, but just a bit longer than I expected because of the language barrier, but it's common on the island. The car had quite many scratches all around, but I don't care about them at all. All those scratches were noted in the contract. Overall, I got the car that I booked, it didn't have any problems during our rent. It's only a bit sad the the fuel was at 1/4 level when we picked, but of course it was stated in the contract and nobody expected me to return it with higher level. Anyway, would easier if it was full so you don't care about bringing it with the same low level, over paying for extra gas or paying later for lower level than initially. But I returned with 1/3 fuel. I dropped the car at the airport for extra 20 EUR. Their representative couldn't come at agreed time so they messaged me in advance and proposed to leave the car with the keys inside. I didn't have any problem with the car and the service.
I made a really bad experience with them. When i gave the car back she said everything is fine and afterwards they charged me with 20 Euro for dirt. I ask what dirt and then they send me a photo of sand in the trunk. I said sand is no dirt and can be removed completely without effort. Anyway they charged me. I want to have a good time on vacation that's the only reason why i don't bother myself but i didn't have this problem with any other car companies on the other islands. Totally no recommendation to go with them.
Bad experience, they charged us 20EUR after we gave them the car back because there was sand in the car. In the contract it says, that they will charge you for "extreme dirt", but be careful, they understand "extreme dirt" in their favor. We rented many cars and never had such problems, I don't recommend this company, there are plenty of others, who will not to try to rob you.
I am sorry, but the communication with this company is below every standard. The moment you have a problem and are not able to rent the car due to personal circumstances they just don't answer mail or phone. Also there is no response whatsoever about a refund. Very very disappointing service.
We rented a car when in Gran Canaria and when doing a quick Google search ended up renting with this company as short term availability at a very reasonable price. Later on we also found that the hotel had the details so a well known company to rent from. We had a convertible Fiat 500 from 8:30 21/9/23 to 08:30 22/9/23 @ EUR44.00. Car was delivered to and picked up from the hotel (very handy)! Existing damage was correctly noted ! Delivery person spoke English and was very friendly but didn't ask for any ID or payment card details which led to someone chasing me during the evening threatening that I was uninsured if I didn't provide the details. That was 11 hours into that rental when I even asked on delivery if they needed it (and was told that wasn't necessary). So make sure you give your passport , driving license and car details when getting the car so you're insured. Great little car. Very economical. Newer model as we had Apple Play and USB charging sockets. Aircon was working. We ended up driving around most of the island and only had to put EUR20 petrol in. Recommended but see notes above !
