Faltal. No se os ocurra tratar con esta gente. Hago la reserva a traves de su pagina web y cuando voy a recoger la furgoneta no tienen constancia de la misma sin darme ninguna solucion o alternativa. Ademas no respetan el horario puesto que a las 18:30 ya tenian cerrada la oficina cuando en todos los sitios pone que estan hasta las 19:00. Increible el dano que puede hacer esta gentuza.

La verdad es nunca mas, un companero hizo una reserva para solo un dia de una furgoneta para trasladar unos archivadores y estaba en muy mal estado ,sucio y un pestazo a tabaco que tirana para atras, ademas tuvo que ir a recogerlo caminando a 1 km dr distancia ,cuando fue a devolverlo pretendia que lo dejara en el mismo sitio y despues llevarles la llaves. Por cierto el empleado que tienen alli en belen maria es muy desagradable.

Me ha indicado que reservar por la web no sirve de nada, que lo mejor es reservar por telefono con ella directamente. Me indica que seguro solo tienen a terceros y que no hay posibilidad de ampliarlo. Y me informa que de categoria C (Renault Trafic) No disponen para mis 24 horas de reserva, que tiene que ser categoria E, 20,00EUR mas y por una bestia de camion que NO necesito y que NO entra en el garaje. Lo que mas me ha molestado es la forma que tiene de tratar esta chica por telefono, como si le estuvieras haciendo un favor. Teniendo en cuenta que he tenido que llamar 4 veces para que me contesten... NADA RECOMENDABLE

We had called and asked if we could take this bus with us to the island of Fuerteventura and return it to Tenerife. This was no problem, the woman on the phone said. So we had booked all boats and flights to catch and return this bus. The first day my friend went to get this bus there was already a problem when he arrived in Fuerteventura, it didn't start anymore. We called the emergency service of the company and they indicated that they would offer help, half an hour later he said that he could not do this because they have no service on this island. She wanted the bus back and we had to arrange something else ourselves, we just needed this size bus. The next day a friend checked and started again. We have put all our stuff in it and were going to leave for the boat. We stopped on the way for a refueling and then it didn't work again. We have chosen to leave the bus there with all our stuff in order to get the boat with our own car because otherwise we would not have a place to sleep. The bus has been there from Sunday to Wednesday, in the meantime the company blamed us for wrong filling and we would pay for all the costs of the repair. The problem that made it not start was something motor, fortunately we found the receipt and proof of the help in the gas station where we could prove our innocence. The company did not respond to this and indicated that I could catch this bus on Thursday and should be back in Gran Canaria before Sunday. We were perplexed, we had asked to hand them in in Tenerife. They indicated that we had never told us that we were going to Fuerteventura, nor that the bus could be returned to Tenerife. When I indicated that the company has agreed that I could go from islands, I was told that the person on the phone is not in charge. As a customer I cannot know, why do they put them on the phone ?! That Thursday I quickly booked a ticket and boat, upon arrival the company knew nothing about it. Wanted to give another bus which was too small and I couldn't go transfer all the stuff on my own. I got the broken bus again because I had come before. She also wanted me to pay for the boat from Fuerteventura to Gran Canaria, 420 euros. So I had already paid 285 euros for the bus, tickets and an extra 420 euros and again to gran canaria because their bus did not work. If their bus had just done it I would never have lost this, it is also not a service to make the customer pay for the costs of their broken bus and transport. I arrived in Tenerife, then took the bus back to Gran Canaria which cost me 200 extra. The only thing you will hear is how happy they are that their bus is back and that's it. Use a recording app for appointments at this company and keep all papers and receipts. They like to blame the customer, this all happend in Vecinidario.
Pido un furgon para mudanza, me dan uno para escombros y no me dicen nada hasta el segundo dia. Se rompe la puerta y me tienen una hora perdida esperando a que me lo repongan y me cobran 10EUR mas de gasoil de lo pactado. El segundo furgon tambien se rompe la puerta trasera. No descuentan el tiempo perdido en los cambios de vehiculo. Me dicen que me dieron uno de escombros porque es lo que habia pero no me lo dijeron en el momento de alquilarlo. Hay mes empresas que se dedican a ello si ellos no tienen lo que busco, busco en otra. Ademas la atencion de la senora que esta en la oficina de vecindario no gestiona adecuadamente la atencion al publico cuando se trata de solucionar quejas como estas.

Me alquilaron un furgon que se caia a trozos literalmente, la puerta lateral se me quedo en la mano, llame y me trajeron otro furgon mas nuevo (una hora despues de esperar) que al principio iba bien pero luego perdia fuerza, el turbo le fallaba. Bastante que mejorar.
