The service was ok, although after doing some research we realized we could've gotten a better deal from other places. Our hotel recommended Tirma and we decided to trust them. What we were not told is that we are being charged for them to bring the car to us. We had no issues picking it up ourselves to be honest and save some $$. The car was clean and in good condition. We got a Fiat Panda. I would not opt for that car again, at least not in Gran Canaria since it had trouble reaching speed, and going uphill (we went to the other side of the island every day, meaning a 2 hour drive total). The car is good for a drive around the city, but not outside of it. I did not feel safe because we could feel the wind at times. They were quick to respond via e-mail and answer our questions. We got the deposit back right after we returned the keys.

Price was fine to rent the car, and I could use it well. A great day. Problem was: We have to pay the petrol which we had at the start in the vehicle, and they said they will give back the money depending the amount of the petrol left in the end of the day. I used 20% of the petrol from what they fill, and the gave 50% of the money that they took for the petrol instead 80% (petrol left end of the day). They stole some money by this way. You can make a complain but if you are there just for holidays, you don't get time to clear all process and get your money back!

Rented a car for a day. 40 euro for a Fiat Panda. Simple fast, just came in and a car was ready within 20 minutes. Plus you can drive how much you want, just fill up the petrol, no mile limit. I was a bit worried since the car had some scratches around it, but they seem to know about them and since its a rental car thats probably what is norm. I'd recommend to take some pictures before you roll out. Very honest shop, dropped off the car before at the garage. Came by the shop the next day and he gave me my deposit of 20 euro back. One small suggestion to the shop is to equip maybe the cars with iPhone/USB-C/microUSB chargers and something to attach the phone to the dashboard so its easier to navigate for tourist with google maps. Other than that, sublime experience and we had a fun day taking the car to the mountain and exploring the island Highly recommend!

Really, REALLY well organised! Everything exactly as agreed and no hassle afterwards! The price even included a parking space in the nearby parking garage, which was very handy because you cannot park anywhere in the area. Good price/quality ratio. 100% worth recommending!

Attention a 10, Tino served us, a charming person who was very attentive at all times. The garlic prawns were the best Ive ever had and the sirloin was just right with a delicious Roquefort sauce. I told him to add mushrooms and there were no problems. Totally recommended. Well be back soon.

A very professional agency, very fast. I picked up an i20 in 5 minutes for 24 hours where I did a big tour of the island. The prices are those on the site with free parking not far from the agency, a 10-minute walk. A big hat to the person who manages the reception with great professionalism. I walked in in the morning, I got the selected car in 5 minutes, (Fiat 500 hybrid), clean, freshly washed, full of gas, no deposit, no long paperwork, a quick drivers license photocopy, phone number and address, and off to the island! Immaculate, almost new car, with low fuel consumption, it handled both mountain roads and highways very well. You dont have to refuel when returning, they looked at the fuel display and asked for 10 (if I refueled, it would have cost about 17 ). I can only recommend it, its true, we were accommodated 80 meters away... Yes: a large selection of cars.
