We have used them for many years, so honest and when there was a problem with the car, they came and changed it. It has only happened once. The peace of mind that it is fully insured in the price except tyres, keys and wrong fueling which be covered for EUR2 a day max EUR30. Will not go anywhere else in the canaries. They are just so helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service. We was ridiculously ripped off by Goldcar last year with hidden fee's, extra charges at the desk when we arrived etc and we asked around and was recommended Autoreisen. Quick collection and super fast return. Booked a Seat Ibiza or similar and got an upgrade to a Seat Arona which was lovely and clean, in great condition and air con was in full working order which was a blessing! Cost less than EUR100 for the whole week with full insurance and the price you see is the price you pay! No hidden fee's, no extras and no shocks! . Will definitely be using Autoreisen again!

Best car hire company on the islands in terms of price vs quality. We have used Autoreisen several times across the canaries, however this nonsense of having no office in the airport and nothing to tell you that you need to collect your car from a van (in the dark) in the car park is ridiculous. As another review states, we lost 45 minutes in the airport walking from end to end trying to find them. Please sort this out or we will consider another company on our next visit, and we travel several times a year to visit family.

Perfect car rental company, we rented a car for 1 week and got a T-roc with Apple CarPlay and reverse camera, a fairly new car. Pick-up at the airport was easily arranged and collection took less than 10 seconds, no need to pay a deposit and a price where everything is insured at the same time and no expensive extra insurance.

Phenomenal. The best price, with comprehensive insurance and second driver included. Quick collection and delivery process. The car, a brand new polo with 15 thousand km and half a tank. Extra coverage insurance (wheels, keys, things like that) for 2 a day, hilarious. Obviously, like all rental cars, it has a basic engine that runs just fine in the mountains, but it is normal. I have been renting with AutoReisen for many years. I have looked up prices to rent a car in the month of November and I have found that they have doubled the price per day!!! 42.76 per day!! What an outrage! I checked other months later and they have also gone up a little. I ended up renting from Cicar, which includes all insurance and is cheaper. BEWARE OF AUTOREISEN!!!

Honestly, shameful. Situation: this is the first time we rent a car, we dont know what papers we have to bring and which ones we dont. THEY DO NOT INFORM US ONCE THE VEHICLE IS PICKED UP ABOUT THE PAPERS THAT WE HAVE TO BRING. We arrived to pick up the vehicle and found a WHITE IBIZA full of scratches (from other clients who dont know how to take care of them), the car seemed perfect (removing that) until we got in and the right daytime running light DOES NOT WORK. We contact them and they send us a guy to fix it for us. The super nice guy fixes it for us and explains to us that it is because of the poles. We leave the premises and the light comes on again because the wires of the light bulb have come loose. We didnt give it any importance since after a while he was fine again. We are driving the car, and a noise begins to sound. The next day, we drive the car and it actually starts to ring every time we brake, to the point that people stare at us and cover their ears since the noise is very annoying. I contact them and their response is that we can take it if we want but that it may be normal since there is a lot of humidity. Do you take me for a fool? It is not the first time that I have traveled to the beach, with my car, and without moving the car, the brake pads have not sounded at any time due to the humidity and I repeat: MY CAR HAS BEEN STOPPED FOR DAYS. Llegamos a recoger el vehiculo y nos encontramos un IBIZA BLANCO lleno de aranazos (de otros clientes que no saben cuidarlos), parecia perfecto el coche (quitando eso) hasta que nos montamos y la luz diurna derecha NO FUNCIONA. Nos ponemos en contacto con ellos y nos mandan a un chico para que nos lo arreglen. El chico super simpatico nos lo arregla y nos explica que es por culpa de los polos. Nos vamos del recinto y vuelve a saltar otra vez la luz de que se ha soltado los cables de la bombilla. No le damos importancia ya que al rato volvia a estar bien. Andamos con el coche, y empieza a sonar un ruido. Al dia siguiente, circulamos con el coche y efectivamente empieza a sonar cada vez que frenamos, a tal punto que la gente se nos queda mirando y tapandose los oidos ya que el ruido es muy molesto. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y su respuesta es que lo llevemos si queremos pero que puede ser algo normal ya que hay mucha humedad. Me toman por tonta? No es la primera vez que viajo a la playa, con mi coche, y sin mover el coche no ha sonado en ningun momento las pastillas de freno por la humedad y repito: MI COCHE HA ESTADO PARADO DIAS. Me sigue repitiendo que vaya al dia siguiente a que me revisen el coche. Efectivamente, al dia siguiente llegamos y nos dicen que nos mandan a un chico. Viene el encargado y prueba el coche. Se pone de tramos (casi) en el garaje del aeropuerto y nos dice que suena perfectamente, y le decimos que le hemos estado escuchando como cuando frenaba sonaba. Pues segun el, no. Para ser el encargado de comprobar los coches, deja mucho que desear. Se pone en contacto con la oficina y finalmente nos lo cambian. Subimos, le explicamos el comportamiento de su companero y su respuesta es, a lo de que se ponga a comprobar el coche de esa manera en un garaje publico: bueno, eso lo tendra que decir AENA. ?Perdon? Pues ojala y os ponga AENA las pilas por la manera de conducir los encargados de comprobar los coches, por la situacion en la que estan los coches y vuestra educacion a la hora de atender a los clientes. Trabajo en comercio y tenemos mucho que aguantar pero si no tienes paciencia, no trabajes de cara al publico. Una pena no poder 0 estrellas.

We had a family car, but i was on of the worse - dacia jogger. But i guess it.s about the brand: at 100km/h you could the wind like it was an hurricane coming. But very spacious and v good consumption for a petrol engine. Pick up was straight forward, no wasting time, drop off not good enough - all the other companies have offices at the returning bay, not this one. Which makes it a bit difficult when you have an infant and lots of luggages. Car was clean, carseat looked very comfy - baby slept pretty deep most of the times he had the chance. V competitive prices. Overall we had a good experience and would use their cars again!
