Every dealing with had with Fetajo car has been great. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Never had an issue at pick up or drop off. We alway get the full insurance for piece of mind and it's not much more. I think they have a good range of cars and price is competitive.

We had reserved a van from another company but due to airline delay, we lost our reservation. But Cristina came to our rescue in a big way and gave us a comfortable Ford galaxy van for a very competitive price and she was fluent in English language and explained everything to us and saved our vacation. I can't thank her enough for her level of service and professionalism, she waited past 2 pm store close time to hold the van for us(our taxi driver got lost and could not find the fetajo location in fuengirola). She is very sweet and explained the details of the contract and gave us the van. I highly recommend Fetajo rent a car to anyone in the Malaga area. Thank you, Cristina. You Rock!!!

Absolute rude and horrible customer service when picking the car up from mijas office. The receptionist had no manners when talking to us when we were trying to explain why we couldn't pick the car up on the day of our flight there as it was delayed and office was closed. Receptionist then kept saying she called my phone multiple times when she didn't and when we tried proving it by showing call log list she completely ignored it.

I rented two cars, the dates overlapped (they didnt warn me) and when I picked up the second one, the office (even though I had already paid for the second rental) told me that my car was no longer available because it had already been rented. They did not refund me 100% of the rental, they charged me for the days that I had rented another car at that office and the car was theoretically parked at the office (despite the fact that they had told me that they had rented it again) and they refunded me only one difference. They did not offer me a better car, until they had the one in my category available, they did not give me options from other offices. I was pregnant and on vacation, I chose not to be upset and left knowing that I would never rent there again and that I would never recommend them.

Alquile dos coches, se solaparon las fechas (no me lo advirtieron) y al retirar el segundo la oficina ( a pesar de que ya tenia pago el segundo alquiler) me dijeron que ya no tenia disponible mi coche porque ya lo habian alquilado. No me devolvieron el 100%del alquiler, me cobraron los dias que tuve alquilado otro coche en esa oficina y estuvo en teoria el coche en la oficina estacionado ( a pesar d que me habian dicho que lo habian re alquilado) y me reintegraron solo una diferencia. No me ofrecieron un mejor coche, hasta tener disponible el de mi categoria, no me dieron opciones de otras oficinas. Yo embaraza y de vacaciones, opte por no pasar disgustos y me retire sabiendo que nunca volveria a alquilar ahi y que jamas los recomendaria.
