Son unos estafadores, alquilamos una furgoneta y al devolverla nos dicen que estaba llena de golpes, le decimos que ya esta asi que nos ensenen las fotos de como estaba antes y nos dicen que no tienen. Viendo los comentarios ahora me doy cuenta que buscan pretextos para quedarse con el deposito. Pero esto no se va a quedar asi los voy a denunciar.
They are scammers, we rented a van and when we returned it they told us that it was full of damage, we told them that it was done so they should show us the photos of how it was before and they tell us that they don't have any. Looking at the comments now I realize that they are looking for excuses to keep the deposit. But this is not going to stay like this, I am going to report them.
Deberia haber visto todas estas ultimas resenas antes de alquilar una furgoneta con ellos. Todo fue mal: el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar pasados los 10 minutos, cuando quisimos devolver la furgoneta el dia 15 de agosto nadie nos atendio y tuvimos que recurrir de urgencia a otro rent a car (teniamos 6 dias de viaje por toda Espana), al devolverla nos acusaron de mentir con respecto al aire, dijeron que habiamos rayado el vehiculo -afortunadamente tomamos la precaucion de grabar el estado del vehiculo antes de cogerlo-, casi seguro que nos han cobrado de kilometraje mas de lo realizado y ni siquiera nos descontaron el trayecto de 130 km de regreso para devolver la furgoneta, incluyendo la gasolina. Encima nos echaron en cara haber recurrido a otro rent a car, todo con malos modos. Huyan de este sitio como de la peste, en mis 42 anos de trayectoria no he visto nada igual.
You should have seen all of these latest reviews before renting a van from them. Everything went wrong: the air conditioning stopped working after 10 minutes, when we wanted to return the van on August 15, no one helped us and we had to urgently resort to another rent a car (we had 6 days of traveling throughout Spain), When we returned it they accused us of lying about the air, they said that we had scratched the vehicle - fortunately we took the precaution of recording the condition of the vehicle before taking it -, almost certainly they have charged us for more mileage than what was paid and they did not even deduct us the 130 km return trip to return the van, including gasoline. On top of that, they blamed us for having resorted to another rent a car, all in a bad manner. Flee from this place like the plague, in my 42 years of experience I have not seen anything like it.
Esta es la primera resena negativa que coloco en mi vida. Experiencia muy negativa con el equipo de autos alquileme. De primeras, son muy agradables y se muestran mas baratos o competitivos respecto a otros; pero la realidad es que luego lo compensan cobrandote de mas y quedandose con tu deposito alegando razones de completamente cuestionables. Lo peor de todo, es que no me ha ocurrido una vez; sino dos. Reserve un camion, y a los pocos dias tuve que volverlo a reservar antes de recibir la devolucion, por lo que no me di cuenta. Para cuando me di cuenta, intente reclamarlo y me la jugaron cobrandome de mas algo que no iban a hacer y escondiendo informacion. Cada vez que me cobraron extra fueron razones distintas, pero la cosa es que siempre van a buscarte algo. Si no quieres sentirte estafado, no alquiles aqui; lo barato al final sale caro. Lamentablemente, no lei la innumerable cantidad de resenas negativas que tienen alegando y advertiendo de lo mismo que yo sufri, un cobro extra del 50% en ambas ocasiones
This is the first negative review I have ever placed in my life. Very negative experience with the rent me car team. At first, they are very nice and appear cheaper or more competitive compared to others; But the reality is that they then compensate by overcharging you and keeping your deposit alleging completely questionable reasons. The worst thing of all is that it hasn't happened to me once; but two. I reserved a truck, and a few days later I had to rebook it before receiving the refund, so I didn't realize it. By the time I realized it, I tried to claim it and they played tricks on me by overcharging me for something they were not going to do and hiding information. Each time they charged me extra it was a different reason, but the thing is that they will always look for something for you. If you don't want to feel ripped off, don't rent here; cheap is expensive in the end. Unfortunately, I did not read the countless negative reviews they have alleging and warning of the same thing that I suffered, an extra charge of 50% on both occasions
Great place to rent a van if you need one for a day , 75EUR or week and don't have one . I've rented from them several time and was always a pleasure , Carlos and Jorge and team are very helpful. Will continue coming to them

Rented a van here, all good, just needed it for a view hours the van drove great, before I brought it back, filled it up with diesel completely, I could not ad one more drop ! When I came back the next day to get my EUR.600 deposit back, Carlos told me that he had to put an additional 3 more liters of diesel in the tank!! ....I was really happy with the car, and the service, but this act of utter greed put me of completely!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
A great independently owned van and car hire business. A good range of vehicles and good service overall. A pleasure to work with.
