Everything was super! The servise was high quality. The car was new and automatic, the rent was very low comparing with other companies. Got the car in my hotel and I left it also in hotel's parking.

The car was spotless and a joy to drive. They are Mercedes franchise so you know the cars are gonna be in great shape. Philip was truly excellent from start to finish, great customer service. He's a credit to EcoCar and we will absolutely book again if we come back. They're the best car hire company I've ever dealt with.

That was the best experience in renting a car I ever had. First of all, the communication with the rental company was great - via WhatsApp, we arranged a pick-up in a comfortable location and time for me (close to my Airbnb). The process was very easy, and I had to put down only a 500 Euro deposit, as well as the payment for the car. The person who brought the car was very professional and nice, explaining everything and taking the time to ensure we marked all small scratches and issues, so I was sure there would be no problem when returning the car. The car itself was in good condition, super clean both outside and inside. There was even a full windshield fluid, which is sometimes missing in big rental places. I received very easy instructions on how to return the car to the airport, which was super helpful, allowing us to maximize our vacation time because the process literally took us about 1 minute. The deposit was back in my account the very next day. To sum up: It is a small rental company, so it might be harder to find. You may not find it on popular booking websites like booking.com or rentalcars.com, but because of that, it is very flexible, and the people working there are friendly and professional. You won't have to wait in line at the airport, deal with unpleasant employees from Hertz or any other big rental company who don't really care about you and your time, or worry about extra insurance policies or stress about the condition of the car or any problems during your vacation.
