Great experience from start to finish. Pick up was easy and quick, we booked a Citroen C3 with the super comfort plus online but were given an almost brand new Dacia Jogger with only 4000km on it instead. There's a short walk from the kiosk to the carpark but it takes only a couple of minutes. Dropping the car back took only a few minutes and the staff were all friendly.

Great car rental experience. The waiting line is much smaller than at the rest of the insurers, prices seemed also more affordable. They were also still open at midnight but only assisted those who had booked in advance. We booked online and got the paperwork at the airport in a manner of minutes. The car pickup is at the same level, in the parking lot, and it's well signed.

Dit was de 5e keer bij dit bedrijf en opnieuw was het allemaal weer heel erg goed geregeld. We hadden dit keer 2 T-roc cabrios. Korte wachttijd aan de balie en goede autos. We rented a car for 1 week in Lanzarote. The entire procedure was done in advance via the internet, including copies of licenses and identity documents. I chose this company because of the comments describing it as efficient and fast. On arrival at the airport, we had to queue in the same way as those who had not yet rented, which took around 30-45 minutes. We then went to another location to collect the car (which was not the model originally chosen but correct model). We waited another 15-20 minutes for an employee to come get the car. The car seat was put in our arms, its up to us to fix it. Of the 3 employees we dealt with, only one person was friendly and available. By returning the car, it was shorter, we just had to warn them and then go and park the car in an available space but there was none, so we had to wait too. In short, the price may be attractive, the free car seat but I dont recommend it.

Javais choisi cette entreprise pour les commentaires la decrivant efficace et rapide. A larrivee, a laeroport, il a fallu faire la queue au meme titre que ceux qui navaient pas encore loue ce qui a pris environ 30-45mn. Nous avons ensuite ete a un autre endroit pour recuperer la voiture (qui netait pas le modele initialement choisi mais modele correct). Nous avons encore attendu 15-20mn quun employe aille chercher la voiture. On nous a mis le siege auto dans les bras, cest a nous de le fixer. Sur les 3 salaries a qui nous avons eu affaire, seule une personne etait aimable et disponible. En rendant la voiture, ce fut plus court, il fallait juste les prevenir et apres aller garer la voiture sur une place disponible mais il ny en avait pas, il a donc fallu attendre aussi. Bref, le prix est peut-etre attractif, le siege auto gratuit mais je ne recommande pas.

The booking went smoothly through TUI Reisen, the car was in top condition and the staff were mostly helpful and friendly. The only negative thing was that the lady at check-in could only explain where the car was with poor English. A simple sketch would also have been helpful. I then looked for the car at the airport with two children in my luggage. At some point I found it in an unmarked, simple parking lot thanks to a helpful lady at the car rental drop-off counter. Unfortunately, the delivery was similarly difficult. The station for this in the parking garage was suddenly no longer there and there was no signage to the airport. I then simply parked the car in a parking lot where there was at least the sign Car Travel and handed in the key at check-in. Luckily, things went smoothly and the nice gentleman solved the problem quickly and easily.

Die Buchung verlief reibungslos uber TUI Reisen, das Auto im top Zustand und zum Grossteil hilfsbereite und nette Mitarbeiter. Negativ war lediglich die das Dame beim Check in nur mit schlechtem Englisch erklaren konnte wo das Auto steht. Eine einfache Skizze ware auch hilfreich gewesen. Ich habe dann namlich mit 2 Kindern im Gepack das Auto auf dem Flughafen gesucht. Habe es dann nur irgendwann durch eine hilfsbereite Dame vom Abgabeschalter der Autovermietung auf einen unbeschilderten, einfachen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Abgabe gestaltete sich dann leider auch ahnlich schwierig. Die Station dafur im Parkhaus war plotzlich nicht mehr da und eine Beschilderung war auf den Flughafen auch nicht zu finden. Ich habe dann das Auto einfach auf einen Parkplatz abgestellt, auf dem man zumindest den Hinweis Autoreisen fand und den Schlussel am Check in abgegeben. Das verlief dann zum Gluck reibungslos und der nette Herr loste das Problem unkompliziert und schnell.
