Friendly staff and quick service. The scooter was not the newest, but better so, it helped mentally on not be paranoid about anyone touching it. ;)
Since their next door neighbor Cooltra didn't have any e-bikes available for the day I went to their place without looking it up before hand. The bike they gave me was SO slow (17km at TOP speed on flat/slightly downhill road, when I was doing all the work) - even regular bikes were passing me by The bike was barely going up, it was so heavy and with so little power. I called them, and after 1.5 hours they came to change the bike (I had sent them my live location but even so, it seemed very complicated on their end). The <<new >> one was not much better (20km/h top speed, flat ground). Other bikes on the street were still passing me by with so much speed and ease. Btw, both bikes had funky sounding gears, like they were about to get loose. In the morning I had told them that I had a shoulder injury and health problem and wouldn't be able to do regular bike, that's why I really needed a functional electric one. Needless to say, I sweated and hurt myself just as much as if I had indeed rented a regular bile - except it was stupidly expensive for such a bad experience. And no compensation nor alternative was offered for the 1.5 hours wasted and nerves also lost in the process, during my only day on the island. Not even a kind word upon returning the bike In short, go somewhere else if you want a nice and smooth e-bike experience! (For reference Cooltra rents e-bikes at 19EUR/day, San Fernando at 30EUR)
Nice friendly staff. Just turned up and rental all sorted in 10mins. Helpful in walking through instructions for the Citroen Mehari which isn't the easiest car to drive (who designed the transmission??) but loads of fun!

Great experience renting here at San Fernando. Efficient family business with large selection of choice. We loved our Citroen Mehari, which was an activity on Formentera in itself. Highly recommended if you need transportation around the island.
