Wiber Rent a Car - Sevilla in La Rinconada

During our recent trip to Seville, we rented a car from Wiber and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Alejandro, the representative at Wiber, was exceptionally polite and kind. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well-informed. Alejandro's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the rental process smooth and enjoyable. He patiently answered all our questions and provided excellent recommendations for our journey. His attention to detail and willingness to assist truly set him apart. Wiber itself offered top-notch service with competitive rates and a great selection of vehicles in excellent condition. Thanks to Alejandro and the team at Wiber, our trip was memorable and hassle-free. We highly recommend Wiber to anyone in need of a rental car, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to Alejandro for his outstanding service. We will definitely choose Wiber again for our future travels!

Came out as the cheapest car rental, but no way cheapened by quality. We ordered an automatic micra (or similar) and received a Hyundai i20 hybrid which was better as it saved on fuel and a lovely car. The service was also excellent and efficient. Would easily recommend.

At first we were worried about how the car rental would turn out. But it met all our expectations. The pick up from the airport to their place was about 5 minutes. The handover of the car was less than 10 minutes.We got a new and clean car. I definitely 110% recommend to buy a full and cover!Then the employees do not solve anything and when you hand over the car you leave it there without any checking .Debit cards can be used. Good job Team!

We rented a car from Wiber at the Sevilla Airport. When we arrived at their office, they told us that the car couldn't cross the border to Portugal, which I assume is a common intention of travellers landing in Sevilla. The problem is that such impossibly was NOT made clear beforehand. Our suspect is that they do so with malevolence, as many clients have no choice but to give up plans and keep the car anyway, since they're there, but eventually using it very little. In general, seeing how we faced such problem, the personnel was completely unhelpful towards us. Furthermore, as we gave the car back, they tried to point out a small scratch on the car as if we did that. Luckily, my sister had taken pictures with a good camera of the car on the first day, proving that the scratch was not our fault. Realising that, they admitted defeat, although with some embarrassment on their part. In general, this rental was not available, very hard to reach on the phone, and not helpful at any moment. I'm glad I can write this review to help others avoid Wiber Rent a Car Sevilla.

Worst experience ever! Since we didn't let us force into an all in insurance, which would have been more than the rental fee, we chose the option with a 1100EUR deposit. Returning the car was a nightmare, the car was in a perfect condition (little dusty outside and some sand inside from the beach, particularly we were traveling with 2 little kids). they started to try making up damages, like little scratches in the hubcap. Fortunately I had some pictures that proofed they were there before. Then they wanted me to pay a cleaning fee due to the little sand in the car, where I ended up going back to the gas station and cleaning it myself (after we had an argument and threatened taking legal action). The staff were overall very unfriendly and let us do all that hops while our 2 and 4 year olds were waiting in the sun at 31 degree. It was very obvious that they just were trying to make some extra money and make use off running out of time catching your flight. Very unpleasant experience and not worth saving some bugs on the rental fee!

they gave us a car that was not well-washed with dirty oil stains outside and all kinds of scratches and marks. they were very nonchalant about the damages and said that we can video record it if we'd like . the rep pushed hard for comprehensive coverage which we declined since our Credit card covers damages on rentals. upon returning the car, the agent went over it with a magnifying glass and found a ' new' streak on the plastic wheel well liner which was not adequately documented before and charged us EUR120+ . they will dime and nickel you for everything. the rental is offsite so not very convenient. avoid this one if you can

Awesome service. We could check in online, got picked up by a van at the airport and got an even bigger and more fancy car than we ordered for the same price! Drove great, was clean and the drop off went smooth as well. Would highly recommend. Love from the Netherlands.

They gave us a car that had a lot of damage all around but requested us to make the full insurance because if they find just 1 scratch it will be at least 400EUR out of the 1000EUR deposit. Navigation did not work, an error is displayed. Car does not have a fire extinguisher and First Aid KIT that is required by law. HYUNDAI i20 6294MSJ Service was fast.
