Excellent service. Friendly. Efficient. Car in great condition. The minibus driver even ensured to drop us back at the airport beside the trolleys as we had heavy luggage.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Hired a car from Faro taking out the premium no excess insurance. On the second day of hire we were unfortunately involved in an accident on the motorway. Centauro's response was above and beyond anything we expected. The car was un-drivable and after a call to their assistance number the fantastic people at the Centauro call centre arranged for the car to be recovered and also sent a taxi to our location on the motorway to take us the 20+ miles back to our hotel. They also then arranged for a taxi to collect us from our hotel the following day to take us to Seville (as that was actually nearer to our hotel than Faro) to collect a new car. The lady who dealt with us in Seville was waiting for our arrival and was absolutely brilliant. We completed the rest of our holiday dropping off the car back in Faro. The accident could have completely ruined our holiday but all the guys at Centauro went above and beyond to prevent that and I can't thank them enough.

I was expected to arrive at Sevilla airport at 21:50 but due to delay the flight arrived 30 min. later. I went to Centauros pick-up point and was thinking they did not show up. However they knew which flight I came with and that it was delayed. So they came a bit later and I was transported to their place just outside the airport. It was excelent service though I first thought they had forgot about me. The car was as expected and clean and in a good condition. Will definitely use them again.

The cars are new, the cleanliness and general condition of the car is magnificent. The most notable thing is the staff of this office, friendly, professional people and above all, magnificent advisors who guide you on the best option. We have opted for CENTAURO solely and exclusively because of how the staff of this company serves you and most importantly, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY SURPRISES on your bill. They are honest, empathetic and above all fast in both pickup and delivery. 100% recommended. Regarding the prices, they are more or less the same as the rest, although they always have very interesting offers that invite you to hire with this Rent a Car, you pay for the quality and the treatment you want, there are cheaper ones, but not better...

We had a very good experience with Centauro. The car was waiting for us at the agreed parking place. It was full of fuel and ready to drive. Everything went well and we had zero issues with the drop off point too. Thanks! However, the reason I'm not giving a higher rating, is that it was agreed that we should be getting a fuel refund (of EUR97 since we dropped off the car with the fuel topped up) which was never returned to us. All emails were so far ignored.

Horrible experience that put our entire family, including our 8-year-old child, in great danger! We were given a car that did not have the front wheel installed properly. Just about 30 minutes after we picked up the car, we started hearing strange loud sound while driving on the highway. As we pulled into a rest stop off the highway, the front left wheel literally fell off and the car was stuck by the gas station. We waited hours for the tow truck and a taxi back to the rental place. See pictures. This episode not only entirely ruined our trip, but more importantly, my family was also in such an extreme danger. It could have been a horrific accident if the wheel fell off while we were driving on the highway. Their attitude toward all of this was utterly unprofessional. Although they have better ratings than other rental companies, I wouldn't trust our lives in their cars anymore.

Great rental company with transparent rules (similar experience with Bergamo). No problems with collecting and returning the car with their insurance. The car is new, clean, in very good condition. No mileage limit. Refund of fuel deposit on the same day. Nice and hassle-free transfer to the airport. I recommend it and will definitely use it again.

I would definitely be using Centauro again. The car I was nearly brand new, clean. I got the car I requested on my booking. The pick up location from the airport and the return was very easy, and the shuttle bus was running every 15 or 10 minutes. PS- I think the amount of EUR72 for crossing a border to Portugal is a bit expensive. This charge is road tax. I think we should be charged the road tax per day. But, I would be using Centauro again :)
