Caravanas El Osito in La Pobla de Vallbona

We had a terrible experience with this company recently when we rented a camper from them for a week. When we came to pick it up it was dirty and the inside was worn and run down. They had no other campers available and even though they cleaned it again, it was scuffed up and the seats were torn and cracked. The first night the battery died when we were out in the campo. When we called them they told us to call the insurance company and didn't help. That night we also found the refrigerator was not working, one of the seats had a cushion that was not attached to the all so when you sat down it fell off. Then we realized the toilet wasn't flushing, so we had to use a bowl to empty the urine through the window, disgusting. When I got up at nigh I found there was leak under the sink and a stream of water on the floor. Luckily, after almost two hours on the phone( during our vacation) a tow truck to came to jump start the vehicle. (The people whom we rented from didn't have any number to give us and acted as if we were bothering them when we called). We brought it back the next day to no apology or explanation and still have not received our refund. Terrible company. We would be more than happy to remove this review if we were indeed to receive a full refund, which is what we expect.

Great place, very friendly staff and good prices even in pick times during summer. We were very lucky as they upgrade our Motorhome as the sold the one we choose. And they gave us 1 days for free the second time that we book with them in the same summer. Amazing experience.

Sales person was not professional at all. He showed no interest to help us to buy a motorhome, walked away to talk to another client and never returned. Amazing! Buying elsewhere.

During our Spain Trip in Mai 2019, our Adria Motorhome had some leckage problems and we had water inside the living area. We went to Caravanas Osito and did not know, if we have to stay there the whole day. But Davide helped us very fast and uncomplicated and repaired our motorhome within 45 minutes. He was really engaged and changed 3 connections under the seat (which is a very complicated place). He was sweating all over but did a great job. Bravo! Very well done. If you have a problem, just drive to these guys, they know their business.

Really friendly and helpful staff. An Excellent selection of mobile homes , every type, size and age; there's one for every budget. Second time renting one here, minimum 4 nights, last time had a delay returning the camper van and therefore they could have penilised me if they had wanted to but they didn't, which saved me over 100 euros.

Wide variety of motorhomes at sharp prices. Majority less than a year old. This is a large operation.
