Renta Car Molina - La Orotava Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Renta Car Molina en La Orotava ha sido muy decepcionante. Normalmente, las personas alquilan un vehiculo debido a una necesidad imprevista, y esperan recibir un servicio eficiente. Sin embargo, el personal de oficina en esta sucursal no cumple con las cualidades necesarias para trabajar de cara al publico. La atencion que recibi fue pesima, maleducada y poco resolutiva. La actitud del empleado de oficina, perjudica gravemente la imagen y reputacion de la empresa. Hoy perdieron una venta y un cliente potencial debido a esta mala atencion. Espero que Renta Car Molina mejore el servicio al cliente en esta sucursal

Typically, people rent a vehicle because of an unforeseen need, and they expect to receive efficient service. However, the office staff in this branch does not meet the necessary qualities to work in front of the public. The attention I received was terrible, rude and not very decisive. The attitude of the office employee seriously damages the image and reputation of the company. Today they lost a sale and a potential client due to this poor service. I hope Renta Car Molina improves customer service at this branch
Acudimos hoy porque necesitamos una furgoneta urgente de imprevisto, 40 minutos antes de cerrar, y nos dicen que para hoy no tienen nada, y por fuera, mas de 5 vehiculos de su compania. Que vuelva la proxima semana. No vuelvo ni la proxima ni nunca. EL CHICO QUE ATENDIO TOTALMENTE ANTIPATICO, ademas de 0 resolutivo.

Muy mal furgones viejas con golpes y el personal muy antipatico te hacen esperar bueno una experiencia mala no lo recomiendo de pena la furgones que me dieron

Tres estrellas porque por poco pierden el alquilarme un furgon. La respuesta inicial fue decirme "no, no hay nada" y despues cuando digo que me voy a otra empresa de alquiler, magicamente habia un furgon disponible por 24 horas. Yo de la empresa no tengo queja, siempre rento ahi porque me gusta. Pero si es verdad que los empleados deben ser mas atentos con los servicios que ofrecen.
Three stars because they almost missed renting me a van. The initial response was to tell me "no, there is nothing" and then when I said that I was going to another rental company, magically there was a van available for 24 hours. I have no complaints about the company, I always rent there because I like it. But it is true that employees must be more attentive with the services they offer.
Friendly staff
Price is not expensive (105EUR 3 days) but if you are planning to go to the mountain take a more powerful car . We took a C3 and it was painful. Also the car we had needed clean water for the window and we got alarm .
