A great family company. The owners daughter speaks good English along with German. The 7 seater was a new model and spotlessly clean and the price for 9 days was also significantly cheaper than elsewhere. They met us straight outside departures and when I dropped the car back to the airport she brought me back to our accommodation in Calete as we were staying on for a further few days. Highly recommended car hire company

Quick and easy pickup, met the representative in the carpark. No deposit, paid in cash. Not allowed off-road which is standard for the region, they have had their fair share of idiot tourists ruining cars! Dropped car off easily in same location- no requirement for an inspection beforehand. Would definitely use again when I'm in the region!

Normal pricing, no extra insurance, no deposit on credit card, very smooth drop off. When we arrived we had to wait quite a lot, we had 2 phonecalls, until the colleague of the car company has arrived. We have seen him before in the parking lot, but there was no signal on him (tshirt or table), so we have not asked him (we should have). In overall, I would choose West Atlantico again: good car, customer friendly, no hidden cost or tricks.

We didnt rent a car there, but we found ourselves at the airport without a car between Christmas and New Years Eve. We didnt know that Christmas in the Canary Islands is celebrated until January 6th and accordingly there were few staff working, so all car rental companies were fully booked. After a super nice phone call with West Atlantico S.L. Rent a car, the owner suggested we ask a friend of ours to rent a car, which he did. Within a very short time we had a more than fair offer from him. We have never seen anyone care so much beyond the usual level. Thank you very much for that!!

If you are looking for an uncomplicated car rental service, then you will find it here. Handover within a few minutes, which is very convenient for me after a long journey. The car was in perfect, well-maintained condition. I didnt have to worry at all as comprehensive insurance was included in the price. Dropping off is very easy: park the car, hand in the keys and go to the airport. The tip about the gas station at the airport was worth it! Nowhere else on the island was gas so cheap. Next time Ill know where to rent...

Das Auto war in einem einwandfreien, gepflegtem Zustand. Ich musste mir uberhaupt keine Sorgen machen, da die Vollkasko mit im Preis inbegriffen ist. Die Abgabe erfolgt denkbar einfach: Auto parken, Schlussel abgeben und ab in den Flughafen. Der Tipp mit der Tankstelle beim Flughafen hat sich gelohnt! Nirgends auf der Insel war das Benzin so gunstig. Beim nachsten Mal weiss ich, wo ich mieten muss...

Since it doesnt have its own office at the airport, the rental car is handed over to the airport parking lot promptly after landing and you save yourself the usual queuing at the counter... Once again we rented through WestAtlantico: We received a brand new Skoda with 600km (free upgrade to the Hyundai we had booked!), handover in the parking lot was quick and uncomplicated and return was just as stress-free.
