Very friendly staff with solid service and personal attention
Couldn't get passed monika the passive aggressive gatekeeper to be able to rent a car on two attempts there seemed to be mass confusion when asking if we were able to hire a car for a few days and made to feel like we were foolish to enquire in the first place.
Highly recommend La Manga Rent a Car, Collected from Alicante airport we were running late due to the airport being so busy,and got a call from the office to make sure we were OK. We collected the car no hidden costs the price quoted is the price you pay. Will definitely be using them again.
Really great service. We've used so many rental companies and been disappointed by almost all of them with the notable exceptions of Hertz and Avis. We decided to try La Manga Rent a Car after seeing good reports on Facebook groups and they certainly lived up to expectation. The pickup service in the car park was excellent. None of that pressure insurance selling you get with some of the less scrupulous hire companies. The car was nearly new and very low mileage. The drop off was even easier than the pickup. No hesitation to recommend these guys. Best car hire experience to date. Will always use them when we visit Murcia
Seamless experience with La Manga Rent a Car. We rented from Alicante airport and dropped off at the same place. We called them when we arrived in the car park and they immediately brought our car over. The car was in very nice condition and worked well. The price was fair 350 euros for 5 full days (plus 10 Euros a day for zero excess insurance). Very pleasant use all round and I would definitely rent from them again when back in the area. PS. If you don't speak Spanish, maybe ask the employee all your clarification questions about the car, or if it's possible, ask them to switch the electronic screen language. Driving out of the airport car park in a new car can be a bit tricky so it's worth making sure you know exactly what's what with your vehicle.
