Very difficult process to drop off the car, office is never open and has strange opening hours. They still haven't released my money from credit card 3 days later. And today the money from credit card has officially left my credit card today. I will not rest until you give me my money back you thieves. Update.... Fast response from europcar...obviously not a Spanish response. I have contacted you via that link. Maybe it's best you contact me now via email. You are thieves. Waste of time scammers. UPDATE 1 week later They have charged me AGAIN EVEN MORE 115 more 650 total for 1 day for a little car

Good and friendly service with a smile from Elizabeth. The car was Audi A3 very clean inside and outside. I would not have chosen this rental company based on the reviews, but the rental company was the only one that was able to rent me a car the next day. I was worried about returning the car and the opening hours of the rental company. The lady at the rental company arrived exactly on time and she explained everything perfectly. I would that's why he was very happy to recommend this rental company, because everything was top notch. The car was clean and I knew where to return the car and there was no time limit for returning the car. Thank you very much and I would love to come back

We arranged to return a car at 2pm. They closed at 1.30 and didn't reopen until the next day. A vague message in the office window about where to return the car had us driving in circles trying to find it. Turns out it was in an underground carpark that was not easy to get to. Add to that the fact that they don't answer the phone and take days to respond to email and you can expect a less than stellar experience. I would go with one of their competitors if at all possible.

Excellent service from the outset. Car was in very good condition & very clean. Clear instructions given on location of car & returns process. Not used Europcar before, would definitely use again.

They are not at the office, don't answer at the phone and I had to ask around where the Europ car park was because there are not visible signs. Luckily I was early, otherwise I could have lost my flight because of the time spent to understand where to leave the rented car. Edit: from a place where they are never in the office and don't respond at the phone, the obvious reply is a copy&paste one.

rented a car charged 140 euros for cleaning of car which wasnt excessively dirty or required a specialist clean. appealed and requested photos of state of the car response was more or less... you've been charged this clean because we said so, then closed the case the place is ideally set up for scams like this as you have leave the car with no interaction so they can charge your security deposit easily also had to wait 40 minutes with family when the offices shouldve been open for no reason used europcar in past and theyve always been great, this set up however doesnt feel like europcar at all i see they respond to reviews on here so fingers crossed i can have some dialogue
