Very easy process from picking the car up to dropping it off. The car was perfect and very new. Car seat included was great and would 100% use again and recommend.

Small airport, some really nice duty free shops, very cheap items available. Great with the external viewing balcony.

Genuinely the most pain-free and smooth process I've ever experienced with a car rental. As promised, no hidden charges, full to full fuel policy which should be standard. Friendly staff and very trusting, no picky nonsense trying to trip us up or charge us extra. I doubt I'll ever use a different company of I go to Spain again. A pleasure to hire from.

Very easy to use. Bit of a walk from the airport but no more than ten minutes and very easy to find. Quick service. No sales pressure. Car not pristine but no fuss made over state of it at collection or return. Would definitely use again. (We booked through Zest)

Good guys. No attempt to con us into paying for extras. Nice and straightforward. We got a small puncture on one tyre. This wasn't covered by the policy. The came out immediately with a new car. As the puncture could be repaired without significant cost there was no extra charge. All the people I dealt with were nice and reasonable. I will look to use them in future when in Spain.

We have booked our hire cars through Espacar for many years. We find there one inclusive price hard to beat. The pick up and drop off could not be easier, there are no insurance arguments ( it's all in the price ). The staff are helpful and the cars have been in great order.

The car was great. No complaints there. Also, once we found the car park to pick up, administrative work was quick. However, they don't appear to have a brick and mortar office. The map I was initially sent showed us going to one car park and someone would be there. We could not find anyone. We went back and forth between Spain and Gibraltar. Finally found another map on their website under FAQ and that led us to the car. The attendant was able to call the agent to get him. That said, they did send a cell number to call if there was an issue. We called it. It never went through. We had a local call it, nothing. It was frustrating and took an hour of our time in high heat. Again, the car itself was great. Returning the car was another level of frustration. We returned the car to Malaga airport. We were told NOT to use express parking or go into the rental cars parking. Again, no brick and mortar. We must have circled the airport a dozen times. We asked an airport agent and the Police to find P2 where we were to leave it. They directed us to express parking and/or car rental parking. We eventually gave up and parked it in P1. I had to email them to communicate. I did try to call them but got no answer. In an email they said they were busy. The part I'm not comfortable with is no agent was able to check the car to confirm there was no damage. I took pictures but I'm unclear yet if I'll have unusual charges. Despite all this, the agent we dealt with in La Linea and the emails from when we dropped off the car in Malaga were ok and I'm hoping there isn't any issue. If it weren't for our struggles of getting the car and dropping it off, I'd rate this much higher.

We got a Fantastic new car with an sunroof we didn't really expect which was a happy surprise. Service was friendly and efficient and the prices were very reasonable. They are one of the few honest rental places in La Linea which do not ask you to return the tank empty which is a common scam to get you to pay more. Can't recommend enough !
