Excellent service! Note that if you are picking up the car from Spain, not arriving by plane in Gibraltar, you have to cross the border and go into the airport Arrival (Gibraltar side) counter next to the entrance doors. Keys are provided and you cross the border again to pickup the car at the parking lot (Spain side). Disregard the address provided in the confirmation letter, if you book online; it's all wrong, save yourself the time and hassle and go straight to the airport. The rep at the counter is extremely apologetic about the pickup address confusion and very helpful getting us on our way with a nice car, which took less than 20 minutes. The longest wait you'll encounter is crossing the border, if you have to contend with people trying to catch their flights.

A counter is located at the airport (in Gibraltar), but the parking is in Spain, just next to a frontier, what makes things easier as it's much faster to cross the frontier on foot than by car. The problem is that you aren't allowed to cross the border by rented car even if you want e.g. to see Gibraltar and I truly don't understand why. Even though I booked a car in advance when I arrived there was nobody, after few minutes waited I finally called on provided number and somebody arrived after around 20 minutes. It happens you have to wait but due to a queue no because there's nobody... After that everything went smooth - normal procedure at the counter, parking and a car was easy to find, you don't need to go to the airport (and cross the frontier) to return key but you leave it in the parking, just few hours later I got an e-mail with rental summarize and deposit was returned. Small minus for the car which was new, clean and in good technical condition but visually it looked bad - lots of scratches and dents.
