Locationwise it is not convenient. It is far away from the city center. The rooms are okey. Breakfast is not good enough . Croissants were not fresh.
We booked this hotel last minute as my son didn't fancy camping another night. So glad we did, for not much more than a camp site we got a clean and well equipped hotel with fantastic staff that offered free ice lollies on a very hot day. Also one of the best swimming pools we have experienced on this trip ,and we have done a few.
This is my first ever negative review I write, but I felt the need to share this in case anyone is thinking about staying here. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a terrible experience. Staff are incredibly unfriendly, breakfast was very basic, and the for the duration of my trip, my family and I felt unwelcomed at the hotel. There is absolutely nothing else around in walking distance, and the food available nearby is limited. To top it off, my flight was in the evening, therefore I had to check out in the morning, as expected. However, the issue was that we were not allowed to use the pool facility during the day whilst we wait for the evening flight. I informed reception that I had never heard of this, and generally, all hotels I have stayed in are ok with this. The lady at reception gave a very sarcastic reply and stated that she will escort us out if we attempt to use the pool. We have never had any issues before in any places that we have stayed in before, normally all experiences have been positive, but I just felt the need to write this review as I am utterly shocked by the treatment from the hotel staff.
Such a friendly gentleman on reception. Room overlooking orange groves. Not an Ideal location but you can walk to La Algaba in about 20 mins. Easy access to Seville by car.
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be from te reviews. The room was comfortable but smelled a lot like cigarettes. The food was ok, the drinks were terrible. The guy on the front desk was very very sweet and spoke perfect English
Very far from the city center. Rooms are large but my bathroom is not clean enough. Ladies in the breakfast saloon are very rude. Very bad food. You don't feel safe.
This hotel is clean, tidy, quiet and a perfect place to stay just outside Seville, with only a 10-15 drive into the center. The room size was average, but what you got for your money was very good. The evening meal was very good value for money and so was the breakfast. The gentleman on reception spoke perfect English, and was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and was one of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotels reception. In fact it was his personality that has made us decide to go back to the hotel on our next visit to Seville in November. They have a good size pool and a nice bar area around the pool, but the pool is unheated, so if you really want to cool down, that's the place to be!
Stayed there because we had a night wedding celebration in the Venta across the road. The price is really cheap and rooms are very big, but poorly equipped and decorated. Aircon works fine. |Beds are tiny (135cm wide, 180cm long). The shower is poorly designed so water splashes everywhere. Buffet breakfast is frankly disappointing, and there is no restaurant service afterwards.|The place is clean, and so are the rooms and beds. The pool is ok, and there's a restaurant next to the hotel where you can eat traditional Andalusian cheap and nice.||A cheap option for one night near Seville if you are driving (no public transport Round) and don't care for luxuries (at all!)
