Disrespectful, untrustworthy and irresponsibles. I rented an automatic car and as i got to Enterprise, a manual car was given to me. A car that within less than 24hrs broke down due to an electrical issue. Issue that the salesperson warned us that had happen before only after it happened to us. HOW DOES A COMPANY RENT OUT A CAR WITH AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE?! Until we were able to stop the car at a safe place, we have absolutely no breaks and controle over it. Putting our own safety in risk. As we stoped, it never restarted. The sent a different company to tow the car, and NEVER sent us a new car. We simply got stuck in a different city and had to pay 100EUR to get back to our hotel. If the story had come to an end there, it would be stressful yet fine. But they told us by phone and whatsapp that there was a car available to us at the nearest Enterprise (at Figueres), for our surprise, there was no car available.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise hospitalet, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff member who assisted me, Dayneris, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs, great service and good price

Avoid. Extremely poor customer service where they did not have the car we rented, wouldn't bother to let us know on beforehand either and left us without a vehicle, basically just blaming it on a fault in their own system. The hilariousness of it all when they tell us they'll call first thing in the morning the day after to provide the vehicle at an office close by and never call us. When we call, they expect us to TAKE A TRAIN ACROSS TOWN to come pick up the car. You try to call their central to get a refund. They won't let you speak and hang up on you. We are now having to claim the money through our own bank...

Fredrico the branch manager is literally the nicest person you will meet. Amazing experience he went out of his way to drive us to another branch since his had no car. He stayed after his enterprise closed to help us. Amazing individual please enterprise promote this guy!!!

Best customer service in town

Rented a 7 seat van. When we got there the place is close. Called the office and they told us they don't have the van. We ask for 2 small call and they told us they only have 1 5 seat car!!! WTH!!!! We booked a hotel for costa bravas area. Now we don't have a car to get there. Should have trusted the last to review. Don't rear a car from this place!!! I have to spend 25$ back for the taxi ride to and from My hotel.
