Easy Tour es una compania independiente de alquiler de vehiculos sin conductor que surge en el 2003, hace 20 anos, en el mar-avilloso pueblo de Castelldefels en Barcelona, de la idea improvisada y las exorbitantes ganas de emprender de una joven. Los coches fueron disenados para poder viajar o recorrer un lugar de forma mas comoda, rapida y sencilla, del mismo modo, el nombre de nuestra empresa deriva de las ganas de hacer facil, sencillo y sin largas esperas el proceso de alquiler del mismo. En nuestro nucleo, Easy Tour, operamos con cercania, de forma individualizada y con todo el amor posible que nuestra pequena y familiar empresa puede ofrecerte.

I recommend using this rental service. We didn't have reservation but we got a car within 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and knows English. The deposit is EUR 650 which is lower than the rest places. There were no issues!

Had a very good experience with Easy-Tour. I've booked a car for a daytrip to Cadaques. Even though it was the lowest price of all the car rentals the hotel had contact to, the car i got was new, I got the car delivered to the hotel and picked up at the hotel. All in all very good service. Recommended

Bad experience After making a reservation the previous month, when there was a week left to pick up the car, we went to pay the rental and they told us that in addition to paying the 564 rental fee, we have to pay a 600 deposit which they then return to us (something that in At no point do they explain to us the previous month when making the reservation and something that did not happen on the other occasion before the pandemic)....... So I will never rent here again, why does it tell you one thing in the reservation and Then its another, we have had to look for another alternative quickly and rushing for not doing their job well and giving the right information at the right time.

Pesima experiencia Despues de hacer una reserva el mes anterior cuando falta una semana para recoger el coche fuimos a pagar el alquiler y nos comentan que tenemos que ademas de pagar los 564 del alquiler tenemos que pagar 600 de fianza que luego nos devuelven(algo que en ningun momento nos explican el mes anterior al hacer la reserva y algo que en la otra ocasion antes de la pandemia tampoco ocurre)....... Asi que jamas volvere a alquilar aqui, por que te dice una cosa en la reserva y luego es otra, hemos tenido que buscar otra alternativa deprisa y corriendo por no hacer bien su trabajo y dar la informacion correcta en el momento correcto
