El dia de ayer solicite un vehiculo de 9 plazas en l delegacion de Hospitalet, me confirmaron hoy por la manana me mandarian fotos del vehiculo y numero de cta. para hacer el pago y reservar el vehiculo desde el 20 al 26 de setiembre, al no mandar nada me presento en la delegacion a la 11 h. Segun la persona que me atendio en 10 minutos lo tendria, son las 17 h. y aun no han mandado nada. A las 15,00 h. me he puesto en contacto con una multinacional y ya tengo vehiculo. Es una pena que no podamos tratar con empresas espanolas. Que ademas de cobrar un 25% mas ni te atienden.

Todo perfecto. Trato personalizado, profesional y rapido. Nos sacaron del apuro ya que en Telefurgo nos anularon la reserva unilateralmente 3 dias antes, y Ballesteros fue la solucion. !Gracias a Diego por su atencion!

Good price,professional stuff. Most of the van rentals company have limited km per day about 200km ,but with ballestro you can have unlimited (600km) ... I was searching a lot on the web and they had best offer! The van was good!
