We used to rent cars from them for years but we won't come back after they complained about a bit of sand in the car on return... after we purchased most expensive rent package we didn't expect young boy threatening us by "next time we will charge you for cleaning" like really? Thats embarrassing. This isn't best or cheapest car rental in area so far anymore..

This is how a car rental should work: fair prices, great service before the pickup. always available for questions, and hassle-free return, with no stress. Folk, I am so glad that I checked google reviews and went for Odkryj which was less known. There are other famous brands inside the airport but they all had bad reviews, mostly problems by returning. The only problem I had was to how to pronounce the name Odkryj :)

ATTENTION FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: Even though we have used the company for the 3rd time, it only gets worse every year. This year we are with an 8-month-old baby. We waited over 40 minutes to be picked up from the airport, and the bus finally arrived WITHOUT A SEAT. After pointing it out, the driver shrugged and told me that I should ride with the baby on my lap. On the way back, I received information that I CANNOT INSTALL the car seat in the bus. Fortunately, I wasnt interested in the drivers opinion :) Generally, I do not recommend it - the staff on site are random, very rude and rude. Helpline staff unhelpful and unpleasant. The seat was rented for 15 euros, in a very poor condition, the belts barely worked, I had to repair them myself, no assembly instructions (yes, you have to install it yourself!). I recommend reading the rest of the 1-star reviews.
