I hired a car from here, last week of August and first week of September 2022. Just simply the best service at every level. They delivered the almost new car to my Hotel in Alicante, explained everything, changed the controls to English. 10 days later I realised I had the car keys in my swimming togs pocket after I had enjoyed a swim in the med. I phoned Jose at 20.00 hrs on a Friday night and he had one of his guys at my hotel in Oliva the next morning to deliver a replacement key. No charge. I have used the well known car hire companies over the years and never experienced this level of service, value for money, and pristine condition vehicle. If you are in this area of Spain you'd be mad to hire from any other company. Neptuno are simply the best.

Sad experience. I rented a vehicle and although at first everything was great, when I went to pick up the vehicle they withheld an amount that was not specified anywhere. Subsequently, an improper charge was made without any justification. To the parrot, they are quite vipers. Pay with cards with little credit. THANKS. We rented a car from May 9th to May 16th. We received instructions to go to the mobile office (one car at the airport parking lot) to collect the keys to our vehicle. We had rented a group C car (Opel Corsa or similar). We were given the keys to an almost new Opel Crossland (9000km). We paid 240 for a week, unlimited mileage, full insurance and no excess. GREAT value for money.

This car rental company must be the airports best, and this is also evident from all the other satisfied customer reviews. That was also why we chose to rent a car here. We had received an email with a detailed description of how we found the rental car in the parking garage. The car, a VW T-roc, was polished and cleaned so that it appeared almost new. The landlord didnt try to push other additional services on us, because everything was included at a very reasonable price. We were also given detailed written instructions on how to find out where the car had to be returned. So everything went completely painless. The only thing that seemed a bit surprising was that the office consisted of a car in the parking garage, but that only helps to keep the rental price low compared to other companies.
