We booked a rental car with pick-up and drop-off at the train station in Jerez at short notice through the homepage. We received feedback by email very quickly. Unfortunately, due to the high season, there was a surcharge compared to the price stated on the website. This was unfortunate, but was communicated to us openly and honestly in advance and we ultimately agreed to it. Otherwise, I can only say positive things. E-mails were answered quickly until late in the evening. We were able to change the rental period at short notice. The pick-up was super nice and smooth, as was the drop-off at the station. We had unintentionally driven a few kilometers too much, but that wasn't a problem. So, I have to say thank you for the nice service!

And they didnt pick up the phone... Whats more, they have a redirection set on the phone that redirects the call to another company in Vigo that has nothing to do with car rentals... Conclusion... SCAM! They play with tourism... We were left without a car... Since there was no one else available at the airport. I hope our experience is useful to other clients...
