Very friendly, professional and English speaking staff. Simple process of hand over. Dropbox for returning the keys which is possible 24 hours. A clean Opel Mokka has been given. I didn't encounter any problem during the rental. I would choose Sixt in Jerez airport again!
Mr Samuel did a very good Service at Sixt Jerez Airport. Thanks a lot!
The employees were very friendly and helpful. The process of getting the car was fast and they even gave a higher car class compared to what I booked. I rented the car one week and drove more than 1000km without any problem. The lady was at the parking lot when I gave the car back and send the confirmation in a few minutes.
Great Service, Javier is super friendly and very helpful. He speaks very good English. This is a very small location with limited cars, especially the luxuary lines, so make a booking in advance to ensure you get what you want to have. Thank you for the assistance Javier. Happy New year 2024!
Only give us 9euros for returning the car earlier but somehow they complaining a little inch less fueling and charge me almost 40euros? Told them clearly we just fueled the car outside of the airport and headed to the airport right after. Make sure when you guys rent a car, check the fuel level if the fuel is 100% full. If it's less than 1mm left to be full then make sure to take a picture of it and keep it for proof. These people crazy about making money out of nothing. A JOKE.
Hands down the worst and shadiest car rental station I ever had to deal with! I have to point out that I booked through an external vendor, which seems to be the problem. I never had issues when renting directly from Sixt in other destinations before and it seems that Sixt is trying to even out the lack of direct revenue by adding random extra costs after return. 1st.: My flight in January was slightly delayed and I landed 20 minutes after my defined pick up time (~9:35 vs. 9:15). However, it was still 25 minutes until closing and I went straight to the counter. I waited in the queue for quite a while as there was only one person working at the desk and other people in line who were, let's say, not in such a hurry. When it was finally my turn the friendly employee calmed me down and told me that there is no need to rush and everything is just fine. Little did I know ,,just fine" would mean them charging a 53EUR ,,after hour fee" because we were done just 7 minutes after official closing. 2nd.: They added a alocation fee of 27EUR in my final invoice. Although I paid this fee in my original booking, Sixt claims they're still allowed to charge extra fees for the location. I guess only god knows why. 3rd: Apparently the car was ,,more dirty than usal" and I got charged another 33EUR for additional cleaning. As I'm always being super careful with rentals, I asked what exactly seemed to be the problem. Turns out that the sand from my shoes in the legroom (and honestly, it's not like I build a freaking sandbox in there) is nothing they're counting in at this almost-beach location. After all I can only say that I'm not even angry but pretty surprised about the amount of mismanagement at this particular Sixt branch and hope that they will review their idea of a customer centric business approach in future.
Had a horrible experience. Got signed up to a PS100 insurance for the windows without my knowledge and having booked an all inclusive insurance already through my online reservation. It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Email, calls nothing got through or a reply. I had to go back TWICE to Jerez to speak to them in person. Won't be using them again
I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews but, in my experience, I couldn't have asked for better stress free service. Reasonably priced and excellent service from the staff at the airport. Check the car thoroughly with a rep as they were more than happy to help ID any damage that hadn't been recorded.
