Todo bien, nos dieron otro coche diferente al que habiamos cogido, y nos cobraron un poco mas. Pero me puse en contacto con las oficinas de Oscar por telefono y me atendieron super rapido y me devolvieron el dinero al momento. Gestion y atencion al cliente de diez. En el concesionario ya otro tema, el chico que nos atendio, un poco seco, en plan yo te tengo que cobrar, ya tu luego te apanas con ellos... nos dieron el coche sucio por dentro y por fuera, y nos dijo que no habian tenido tiempo de limpiarlo. El dia de la devolucion el que nos recogio el coche ya era un poco mas alegre.

Buena experiencia, necesitabamos el coche para solo unas horas, a partir de las once de la manana lo podiamos recoger y lo podiamos devolver hasta lad nueve del dia siguiente, con la comodidad de que si el concesionario estaba cerrado poder dejar las llaves en un buzon con clave de seguridad. La fianza te la retienen en el momento en que te dan el coche, y en nuestro caso la liberaron al momento de devolver las llaves puesto que lo hicimos en mano cuando aun estaba abierta la oficina. Por ese precio no encontre nada mas economico por la zona.

Nada mas coger el coche, se enciende el piloto de averia electrica grave en el coche. Evidentemente entregaron el vehiculo sin un minimos de revision. Total, tuvimos que llamar a la grua y tenian los papeles del seguro a nombre de la anterior propietaria y les costo localizarlo. A veces lo barato sale caro, y tampoco hay tanta diferencia con las companias que estan en el aeropuerto.

NO ALQUILEIS CON ESTA EMPRESA, y menos en fin de semana. Ayer sabado llamamos por telefono para preguntar unas dudas sobre la reserva para hoy domingo y nos indicaron que tramitaramos la reserva por la web sin ningun problema. Procedemos a realizarlo, nos cobran, nos envian los mensajes de confirmacion pertinentes y SMS. De hecho esta manana a las 6AM me envian otro mensaje de verificacion del carnet de conducir... Nuestra sorpresa es que llegamos ahi a la hora indicada, esperamos...y nada, llamamos y nos indican que en domingo no hay atencion de recogida y que no entienden como se tramito la reserva. Que no nos van a poder entregar el coche, (ESO SI COBRO HECHO), ni nos dan ninguna solucion, ni mos reintegran el importe al momento, que 5 dias habiles. Nos dejan sin coche, en medio del poligono de Jerez sin transporte posible a Cadiz (que es nuestro destino con reservas y demas), sin devolvernos el dinero ni darnos una solucion. VERGONZOSO. Hemos contactado con otras empresas de alquiler de vehiculos, que logicamente no disponian de vehiculos, pero al comentarles la situacion nos han dicho que no eramos los primeros que les pasaba. Esperamos que manana (dia laborable) nos contacten y nos den una solucion, reembolso inmediato y compensacion, porque es tremendo que te cobren, te den garantias de que vas a tener el coche y te dejen tirados sin solucion alguna. ACTUALIZO: un dia despues via telefonica y correo electronico, se limpian las manos, ni solucion ni compensacion, impresentables. No os guieis por los comentarios, a todo el que he comentado la situacion me han dicho lo mismo, que siempre dan problemas.

SHAMEFUL. We have contacted other vehicle rental companies, which logically did not have vehicles, but when we told them about the situation they told us that we were not the first that had happened to them. We hope that tomorrow (business day) they contact us and give us a solution, immediate refund and compensation, because it is tremendous that they charge you, give you guarantees that you will have the car and leave you stranded without any solution. Al recoger la furgoneta no arranca por falta de bateria. El concesionario la arranca con un booster y me dice que ya no tendre problemas. Ya en destino otra vez no arranca. Sin bateria . Tengo que pedir ayuda a un taller cercano. En la devolucion explico al concesionario lo ocurrido y se lava las manos. Que llame a Oscar. Llamo a Oscar y me dicen que se lo diga al concesionario. Todo muy logico. Cuando le digo que solo quiero que al siguiente no le vuelva a ocurrir entonces ya si me toman nota de lo sucedido. En fin, creo he resumido todo bien pero en mi opinion es el concesionario quien debia haber tomado la responsabilidad y no entregar un vehiculo en ese estado.

Great service! No problems at all, car was ready in time, very clean and very new. I used their service twicer and I would definitely use it again.
