NO ALQUILEN SI NO QUIEREN SER ESTAFADOS Y QUE JUEGUEN CON SU NECESIDAD!! Me cobraron dos veces el servicio de renta de un auto por 3 dias, POR ERROR EN SU SISTEMA (por lo que me pague,EUR160 de mas) ya pasaron 3 meses y sigo esperando respuestas, se van en falsas promesas de devolucion y juegan con la necesidad de uno, uno que confio en la empresa. No atienden el telefono ni responden mails. POR FAVOR NO CONTRATEN CON ESTA "EMPRESA"
DO NOT RENT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND HAVE YOUR NEEDS PLAYED WITH!! They charged me twice for the car rental service for 3 days, DUE TO AN ERROR IN THEIR SYSTEM (for which I paid myself EUR160 more) 3 months have passed and I'm still waiting for answers, they make false promises of return and play with the need for one, one that I trust in the company. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. PLEASE DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS "COMPANY"
Persona muy agradable y responsable con sus clientes, todo lo que habiamos acordado perfecto, vehiculos en perfectas condiciones y sin problemas.

Un verdadero desastre, NO ALQUILAR CON ELLOS BAJO NINGUN CONCEPTO. Te venden por telefono que ofrecen un servicio premium (que solo existe hasta que pagas la reserva) despues se acabo el servicio premium. Alquile una furgoneta y se les olvido indicar que la oficina donde debia recoger la furgoneta cerraba justo a la hora que tenia que recogerla. Tras hablar varias veces con ellos iban a realizar la devolucion de la reserva y despues de casi 10 dias no he recibido ninguna comunicacion por su parte ni por supuesto he recibido la devolucion. Muy mal le debe ir a la empresa si quedan mal con los clientes por unos miseros euros. En mi caso no llega a 16EUR lo que tienen que devolverme pero parece que para ellos es mas importante esos euros que atender correctamente a sus clientes.
A real disaster, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM UNDER ANY CONCEPT. They sell you over the phone that they offer a premium service (which only exists until you pay for the reservation) then the premium service runs out. I rented a van and they forgot to indicate that the office where I was supposed to pick up the van closed just at the time I had to pick it up. After speaking with them several times they were going to refund the reservation and after almost 10 days I have not received any communication from them nor of course have I received the refund. It must be very bad for the company if it loses its way to customers for a few measly euros. In my case, what they have to return to me is not even EUR16, but it seems that those euros are more important to them than serving their clients correctly.
He alquilado un coche para las 8:30, me lo gestionan por telefono (muy amablemente eso si) para las 9:30 y son las 12:30 y aqui sigo esperando para que me den el coche... lo que te ahorras lo pierdes en el tiempo de espera.
I have rented a car for 8:30, they manage it for me by phone (very kindly that is) for 9:30 and it is 12:30 and here I am still waiting for them to give me the car... what you save is you lose in waiting time.
Servicio nefasto!!! Despues de que por un "problema con la web" tuve que hacer otra reserva y pagarla de nuevo y a la hora de devolver la reserva prometen mil cosas y despues no se dignan ni siquiera a cogeros el telefono... NO HAGAIS RESERVAS A TRAVES DE INTERNEDIAROS que aunque salga mas economico despues se limpian las manos...
Disastrous service!!! After a "problem with the website" I had to make another reservation and pay for it again and when it came to returning the reservation they promised a thousand things and then they didn't even bother to answer the phone... DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS THROUGH INTERNEDIAROS, even if it is cheaper, they will clean their hands later...
Todo muy bien , especialmente con la atencion, tuve un problema con la empresa que " presta" la furgoneta que me cobraron de mas y ellos se encargaron de gestionar y solucionarlo, aconsejo 100%

Todo perfecto y tal cual acordamos. Hemos alquilado on line una furgoneta tipo Kangoo para una pequena mudanza. El precio que nos dieron fue buenisimo para 24h ,aunque la hemos devuelto en el dia. Cuando hemos llegado todo ha sido segun lo acordado, le hemos incluido la asistencia en carretera y seguro a todo riesgo y se quedo por muy buen precio. Todo estaba preoarado y no ha gabido ningun problema. El provedor con el que nos ofertaron fue Enterprise y recogimos en Barcelona Sants y fueron super amables y se cumplio todo lo pactado con Momo Rent a Car. Hemos quedado muy contentos. Sin duda volveria a contratar con ellos
Everything perfect and just as we agreed. We have rented a Kangoo type van online for a small move. The price they gave us was great for 24 hours, although we returned it the same day. When we arrived everything was as agreed, we included roadside assistance and comprehensive insurance and it was a very good price. Everything was prepared and there have been no problems. The supplier they offered us was Enterprise and we picked up in Barcelona Sants and they were super friendly and everything agreed with Momo Rent a Car was fulfilled. We have been very happy. I would definitely hire them again.
CERO RECOMENDABLE. NO TE DEJAN CANCELAR Y NO CONTESTAN AL TELEFONO NI A MAIL. Llamamos por telefono para informarnos sobre furgonetas grandes para una mudanza y nos pusieron todas las facilidades animandonos a reservar dado que (supuestamente ) tenian politica de cancelacion hasta las 48 h previas y asi nos asegurabamos la furgoneta. Una vez realizada la reserva nos enviaron un mail en el cual pudimos comprobar que la reserva se habia realizado a traves de ENTERPRISE, por lo que no son una flota autonoma sino INTERMEDIARIOS. Llamamos a Enterprise y nos ofrecian lo mismo que ellos por 100 euros menos. En ningun momento nos dijeron que eran intermediarios y ademas hicieron el cobro inmediato (enterprise no te pide datos de tarjeta, se paga en oficina). Y por tanto , ante esta situacion quisimos cancelar la reserva con Momo (una semana antes de la reserva, es decir, en plazo), pero no nos cogian el telefono, escribimos un whatsapp donde nos remitieron a un mail, al cual escribimos y a dia de hoy aun no tenemos respuesta (hace ya 2 semanas de esto, y obviamente hemos tenido que aceptar la reserva con Momo para no perder el dinero). Ademas cuando volvimos a preguntar por whatsapp con referencia a la cancelacion NO CONTESTARON. Por tanto CERO RECOMENDABLE, mucho mas seguro y barato hacerlo directamente con la compania.
ZERO RECOMMENDED. THEY DO NOT LET YOU CANCEL AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAIL. We called by phone to inquire about large vans for a move and they made every effort to encourage us to book since (supposedly) they had a cancellation policy up to 48 hours in advance and that was how we secured the van. Once the reservation was made, they sent us an email in which we could verify that the reservation had been made through ENTERPRISE, so they are not an autonomous fleet but INTERMEDIARIES. We called Enterprise and they offered us the same thing as them for 100 euros less. At no time did they tell us that they were intermediaries and they also made the payment immediately (the company does not ask for your card information, you pay at the office). And therefore, in this situation we wanted to cancel the reservation with Momo (a week before the reservation, that is, on time), but they did not answer the phone, we wrote a WhatsApp where they sent us to an email, to which we wrote and on the same day As of today we still have no answer (it's been 2 weeks since this, and obviously we have had to accept the reservation with Momo to avoid losing the money). Furthermore, when we asked again via WhatsApp regarding the cancellation, THEY DID NOT ANSWER. Therefore ZERO RECOMMENDED, much safer and cheaper to do it directly with the company.
