Jerez Goldcar - very good service. Good car. Just a reminder (as all car rentals) check car before leaving - I found 2 damages that weren't previously identified - was quick and easy to log these in with member of staff right next to vehicle.

Key n go option was excellent. Needed to extend the hire due to ill health and could not do this online, had to drive to local office which was back to Jerez Airport, seems strange! Rep at airport was fantastic though and made everything good. Thanks.

Very good experience! We rented a small car directly at the airport without pre-booking and received an upgrade to a Renault Captur. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. No extra charges and the fuel deposit (115EUR) was refunded within a week. Do yourself the favour and pay the extra Euro for full ensurance: No stress and super quick return. Total was 350EUR for 5 days, full ensurance, no mileage restrictions (not including the deposit but including 21% VAT aka 61EUR).

You book a car online and it tells you they accept debit card. Then you want to pick up the said car and look like an idiot because they in fact DO NOT accept a debit. The solution? "simply" pay 320EUR and you're good to go. Non-refundable. Do yourself a favor and do not rent a car at the cheapest place. It is not worth the stress.

Goldcar and Europcar are same company.. The biggest "arnaque".... They make low price, but force to take expensive insuranrce... On check in I have 3 really small kake of paint less than 2 centimeters but the agressive staff people dont want make a report !! They say is to small !!!!! And when I give back the car out of hours... Of course this very very bad people company send me a mail with this very small failure !!! But now I take lawyer to attack them..... I will never give up. AVOID GOLDCAR AND EUROPCAR = SAME COMPANY

Scammers. Support over the phone told me wrong details and when came to pick up the car had extra charges. I contacted their support team, complaints are only via email, took over 5 weeks for a reply and their reply was basically they don't care. Edit: I have sent details to support, I got a non reply after 5 weeks. The reply was basically a copy paste reply sent to all. Google Goldcar reviews and see for yourself before booking with them. Never do a prepaid booking, they will find way to charge you more once you pick up the car!!!!

I have used Goldcar for many years from Jerez Airport. They have always provided me with excellent service. There have NEVER been ANY hidden costs or ANY extra surprise expenses over all the years that I've used them. Well done GOLDCAR JEREZ AIRPORT for making my car hiring experience . Next rental.... I would like to congratulate you for the service provided to me by your colleagues at Jerez Airport. I rented my car from the 11th to 21st of July 2024. Jennifer at the office was polite and efficient at point of collecting my hire car and answered any questions that I had . At the point of returning the vehicle, I was served by Pascual who was excellent in his politeness patience and communication with me. They are a credit to your business.
