I currently have a rental. My car was in an accident so my insurance company approved a vehicle for a week. Now that the insurance company knows my car will not be fixed until the 27th of this month they extended my rental. I've forwarded emails from my insurance company and everything to Enterprise but I still can't get the new contract from Enterprise which I need to be allowed to drive the car on a military installation where I work. I've been calling the local branch and the number on Google but I've only been able to speak to a representative twice. All other times the phone rings until I hang up. Do not use Enterprise if your doing an insurance claim period!

Unfortunately we didn't have a good start with them. My car was not available when we got there, I had it booked for 12:30, we didnt get it until past 1:30. I have contacted twice their customer service and they haven't replied to my emails or give me a call back.

Enterprise's excellent customer service combined with the affability of people from Cadiz makes it a wonderful car hiring experience. Total trust when it comes to examining scratches, and they phoned a taxi back to town for us. Just a few euros taxi ride from town, and easy access to and from the A4 freeway. Gas station in front. It just couldn't be better!

I rented a van in August, which they gave me without gas, I filled the tank because I didnt know how much I could spend. When I returned it, there was a lot of gasoline left, I asked for the money but they said no, after insisting they told me that they would consult with those above, to this day I still have not received anything. I have fixed cars in bodywork and paint and for big things it was cheaper. I reported them to various organizations. Senores y senoras 500 me cobraron es una ESTAFAAAAAA. No ALQUILEN con ellos no puede costar 500 la reparacion mas dos dias de parada del vehiculo he arreglado coches en chapa y pintura y por cosas grandes salia mas barato. Los denuncie en varias organizaciones. Les deseo lo peor que cierren y se arruinen, ya que solo saben arruinar a la gente trabajadora pero no se preocupen, porque hay una justicia divina y pagareis por vuestras estafas y cobros desorbitados, le quitais el dinero y el pan a la gente trabajadora, padres de familia. I put a star because you cant put 0. Pickup time was 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Well then! That was their closing time and they were gone. The flight was due to land at 4:40 p.m. and landed at 4:50 p.m. When I arrived at the terminal, the window that leads to the baggage claim area was down (10 minutes before the time) and although I hit the blinds, no one answered. I had to pick up my suitcase so I couldnt go outside first (departure area window). Anyway... the only office that was closed so I couldnt have chosen a worse rental company. They leave you stranded but they want to charge you!!!! rest of the offices are open so I advise not to risk it...

El vuelo debia de aterrizar a las 16:40 h. y aterrizo a las 16:50 h. Al llegar a la terminal la ventanilla que da a la zona de recogida de maletas estaba bajada (10 minutos antes de la hora) y aunque pegue en la persiana nadie atendio. Tenia que recoger mi maleta asi que no podia salir antes al exterior (ventana de zona salidas). Al recoger la maleta que no tardo mas de 5 minutos y puse salir ya al exterior pude confirmar que la oficina ya estaba cerrada. Llame al telefono de atencion al cliente y despues de tenerme mas de media hora al telefono terminaron colgandome sin darme solucion alguna. No volvi a saber nada de ellos... ?porque no me avisaron al hacer la reserva de que a esa hora no estaban? y encima he tenido que pelarlo para que no me cobraran!!! en fin... la unica oficina que estaba cerrada asi que no podia haber elegido peor compania de alquiler. Te dejan tirado pero te quieren cobrar!!!! resto de oficinas abiertas asi que aconsejo no jugarsela...

SHAMEFUL. We booked a car with them with pickup on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. Due to other peoples problems we were late and we were calling for an hour beforehand to let us know without anyone picking up the phone. We finally arrived at 6:50 p.m. (their office closed at 7:00 p.m.) and we found that they were already closing the gate. We apologized for the delay and begged them to please let us pick up the car (they would destroy us if we were left without it). Their response was to tell us that having arrived earlier was not their problem and that they were not going to do anything to help us because they had been there for many hours (unbelievable, but true). All this with an INCREDIBLY cocky and unpleasant attitude. They were two boys, one blonde and the other dark-skinned (the most unpleasant and arrogant) whose name we did not ask, but he had a tattoo that said ISAIAH on his hand. Add to this that while they were leaving they were literally laughing at us in our faces. Since we never lost our temper, we decided to try again the next day, Saturday. Su respuesta fue decirnos que haber llegado antes, que no era su problema y que no iban a hacer nada para ayudarnos porque llevaban ahi ya muchas horas (increible, pero cierto). Todo esto con una actitud INCREIBLEMENTE chulesca y desagradable. Eran dos chicos, uno rubio y otro moreno (el mas desagradable y chulesco) cuyo nombre no preguntamos, pero llevaba un tatuaje que decia ISAIAS en su mano. A esto anadir que mientras se iban se fueron riendose de nosotros en nuestra cara, literalmente. Como nosotros nunca perdimos las formas decidimos intentarlo de nuevo al dia siguiente sabado. Madrugamos para estar ahi a las 9:00 cuando abriesen ya que desde la operadora de la reserva nos dijeron que hasta que no cancelasen la reserva seria viable recoger el coche. Estaban los mismos chicos del dia anterior (para nuestra desgracia). Su respuesta? Decirnos que nuestra reserva ya no estaba y ofreciendonos un coche peor por 999 /dia, diciendonos que nos lo podian dejar por 100 /dia. Es decir, que ademas de reirse en nuestra cara nos tomaron por imbeciles. Creo que deberiais darle una revision a la actitud de vuestro personal. Por nuestra parte hemos puesto una reclamacion y jamas se nos ocurrira volver a reservar nada en este centro.
