This is a scam. They do not give proper receipts (the numbers are not right, nothing is signed etc.) and they charge your credit card more than they give you an invoice for (over EUR300 more in our case) and absolutely, positively refuse to provide an explanation, receipt or invoice for this. Also, our car was not serviced properly (warnings for overdue service flashing all over and front axle making weird noises). Everyone at the counter was super friendly and helpful but apparently this was only to distract people so no one would look at the documents too closely or double-check their bank account. Alamo and Enterprise have not reply to e-mails, service form submissions and WhatsApps. We are now going to court.

Warning: avoid this company (including Alamo and National as they are the same employees) unless you enjoy having your holiday ruined. It is a scam. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude from the beginning, right from the greeting. I believe the good reviews are either fake or from direct rentals without prepayment. Do not book online here with prepayment, or if you do, make sure you are on time!!! Since we were coming from Cadiz city and had limited connections to the airport, we were a bit late for the pickup. As a result, we did not receive the car and lost our money. In the fine print at the bottom of the contract, it states that if you are a "no show," meaning if you are not exactly on time, you will not get the car. However, at the top of the contract they have stated the pick-up time and the opening hours of the counter and it looks like you can come any time after the pick-up time. As there is no defined time slot for the pick-up, as I am used to with other car hire companies, you really have to be on time. Since there were still many cars in their car park, the statement that the car has already rented out further is a pure money-making scam. I would never book here again, as they did not even offer us an alternative solution to the problem. Fortunately, there is a Europcar just to the left that is very friendly and helpful. Update after response from the company: Even the link "https://www.enterprise.es/es/ayuda/contact-con-nosotros.html" provided by the company doesn't work. So much for customer friendliness. ;)

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Terrible service, unfriendly and rude staff. We had a reservation for 11 AM, but due to a train cancellation, we couldn't arrive on time. They refused to give us the car, citing a "no show" of more than 60 minutes. The exact "no show" time is not specified in the contract. Additionally, the staff leave the desk to go smoke without offering any assistance.

I travelled to Jerez a few weeks ago, and i have to say that to rent a car with Enterprise was one of the best things we did, they were extremely nice and gave us the best car ever, we were really impressed. 100 per cent recommended.

!!BEWARE!! Carlos at the counter would not honor my reservation price of EUR220 for a week rental. Instead he asked if I was traveling for business, when I responded yes, he proceeded to raise my rental price to EUR780. Saying if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else. Typical fraudulent rental car agent.

100% recommend Enterprise at Jerez airport, I have rented cars here twice and both times have been fantastic! Carlos and Manuel were so friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the rental, the car the return, and gave me the number to contact if I needed help. Everything was stress-free, efficient and easy, the staff were all so nice and spoke perfect English, including the lady who we returned the car to, I'm afraid I did not get her name, she was also so pleasant and helpful. I recommend Enterprise and the fantastic staff at Jerez airport to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service and a friendly, stress-free experience!

Due to traffic, I arrived 2 hours late from my original booking time. Shockingly, without even contacting me, they cancelled my reservation and upon my arrival they had no more cars, so I was left stranded. After renting with so many companies throughout my life, this was the first time this has ever happened. Apparently, if you do not refer to a flight number, they "assume" you are a no show after 1 hour. Not everyone renting at the airport, even if it is a minority, is arriving to the airport through a flight. In addition to all this, no such "cancellation clause" was mentioned in the conditions provided upon booking the car, so I was shocked. If this had been warned, perhaps I would not be telling you this story - communication is key! No refund was given and I was left stranded... so beware of this little trick they have to get more money!

I dont recommend it at all. They left 6 of us stranded with a planned trip. I made a reservation online, received a confirmation email and still called to confirm the reservation.
