Pesima gestion de la oficina Hertz en Jaen. Mis companeros de viaje y yo acordamos por escrito venir a recoger un vehiculo un domingo a las 15:30, ya que el viaje de nuestras vacaciones lo ibamos a empezar ese mismo dia por la noche. Nos personamos en la oficina el dia propuesto por el trabajador a la hora acordada y, sorpresa nuestra, nos encontramos la oficina cerrada. Llamamos a dos numeros de telefono y no atienden la llamada. Cuando llamamos al tercero, una operadora nos dice que lo unico que puede hacer es retrasar la recogida del vehiculo al dia siguiente, con el correspondiente desajuste que esto provocaria en nuestras vacaciones. Ni que decir tiene, nos negamos. Una ABSOLUTA VERGUENZA.
Terrible management of the Hertz office in Jaen. My travel companions and I agreed in writing to come pick up a vehicle on a Sunday at 3:30 p.m., since our vacation trip was going to begin that same day at night. We showed up at the office on the day proposed by the worker at the agreed time and, to our surprise, we found the office closed. We called two phone numbers and they did not answer the call. When we call the third party, an operator tells us that the only thing she can do is delay the collection of the vehicle the next day, with the corresponding disruption that this would cause in our vacation. Needless to say, we refused. AN ABSOLUTE SHAME.
Pesima empresa, dejan mucho que desear. Teniamos una reserva de un coche y cuando nos presentamos en la oficina, nos encontramos con la puerta cerrada, y no nos cogen el telefono. Nos hemos presentado en el dia y a la hora que nos indicaban y nos encontramos esto, sin coche y sin senales de los trabajadores de esta oficina. Teniamos un viaje programado para nuestras vacaciones y nos han fastidiado todo el viaje. Por favor, tengan mucho cuidado con ellos, porque es una empresa muy poco formal, tienen 0 seriedad.

Son unos estafadores e impresentables, teniamos un coche alquilado para recogerlo con el dia y la hora que ellos nos dijeron y para sorpresa al llegar a la oficina estaba cerrada, no nos han cogido el telefono ni nada a horas antes de irnos de vacaciones. PESIMO SERVICIO Y PERSONAL.
They are scammers and unpresentable, we had a rented car to pick it up with the day and time they told us and to our surprise when we arrived at the office it was closed, they didn't pick up our phone or anything hours before we left on vacation. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF.
Pesimo servicio. Alquiler un coche dos dias, me cobraron tres. Luego de cobrarme todo, y sin llegarme la fianza aun, vuelven a cobrarme. Y sigo esperando despues de 13 dias el reembolso del dinero. Me cobraron el dia que alquile el coche, y luego a la semana otra vez. En ningun momento te explican esto.

Me dijo el operador que no hacia ver el coche , que estaba con la super poliza , de hecho solo me entrego las llaves , la broma en Madrid me ha costado 400EUR por un bandeja de maletero deteriorada . Jamas me ha pasado una cosa asi , asi que OJO CON ESTA EMPRESA , yo he probado muchas y nunca me ha pasado esto

Muy bien todo. El hombre me aconsejo mucho, la oficina bien, el es muy buena gente y se nota su experiencia ya que supo decirme el dia en el que el banco me devolvia el dinero, sin ningun cobro anadido ya que me dijo que si le echaba yo gasolina no me cobraban ningun cargo. El coche muy bien, un seat Arona con el pack fr y aunque llevaba el motor mas pequeno con turbo el coche iba muy bien. El coche nuevo, mas o menos 5.000km. Volveria a venir a este lugar cuando necesitase un coche.
