Por circunstancias he tenido que alquilar muchos coches, varias veces en Enterprise, pero nunca habia sufrido a una persona tan maleducada y falta de empatia, como el encargado de la delegacion de Enterprise de Jaen. Espero que ascienda pronto, y no tenga que atender a nadie mas, con esos malos modos que tiene.
Due to circumstances, I have had to rent many cars, several times at Enterprise, but I have never experienced a person as rude and lacking in empathy as the person in charge of the Enterprise branch in Jaen. I hope he gets promoted soon, and doesn't have to take care of anyone else, with his bad manners.
Totalmente aconsejable.... Los chicos de la tienda de Jaen, muy simpaticos y rapidos. Despues de un dia ajetreado y quedarme tirado con mi coche, fueron rapidos y agradables en el trato. Asi pude recoger el coche de alquiler y continuar mi camino sin problemas. Muchas gracias.
Totally advisable... The guys at the Jaen store, very friendly and fast. After a busy day and being stranded with my car, they were quick and pleasant to deal with. So I was able to pick up the rental car and continue on my way without problems. Thank you so much.
No la recomiendo para nada. Contratamos una furgoneta para transportar cajas y cuando vamos a recogerla, nos dan un turismo con los asientos bajados para que nos apanemos. Para colmo un coche automatico con el deposito de gasolina vacio. 0 formalidad
I don't recommend it at all. We hire a van to transport boxes and when we go to pick it up, they give us a car with the seats down so we can get by. To make matters worse, an automatic car with an empty gas tank. 0 formality

Tenia que recoger la furgoneta contratada para hoy, 15 minutos antes nos avisan que no hay furgoneta; todo preparado y muy necesario recoger el vehiculo; he tenido que buscar otra empresa urgentemente que pudiera solventarme el problema. Muy poca profesionalidad. Es la segunda vez que me sucede algo con ellos. No los recomiendo para nada
I had to pick up the van hired for today, 15 minutes before they told us that there was no van; everything prepared and very necessary to pick up the vehicle; I had to urgently look for another company that could solve the problem. Guys are speaking in english and everything was alright. Car was clean inside. I recomend go to the office or call.
If I could, I would put zero stars! I made a reservation 2 weeks ago for this weekend, I received a confirmation email and they sent me a reminder yesterday... Lo and behold, when I got there the (very unsympathetic) employee informed me that there were no cars available. How is that possible if I reserved 2 weeks ago??? Crappy service and the clerk could not care less that it completely ruined my plans for the weekend! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
We arrived on time to pick up the car we had booked a month previously but had to wait over an hour for it to be brought to the station with no explanation or apology!!! The young man was in a hurry to leave for lunch so we had to keep someone with him so he didn't leave us. When returning the car we noticed that he had added roadside cover without discussion. We are currently waiting for a decision as to reimbursement! We thought the 11.98 plus 4.95 was the insurance we had wanted so didn't question it at the time. Check the details thoroughly
