Alquile un auto por 24hs en Madrid, lo tenia que devolver en Jaen. Lo entregue tarde, ya que no tienen estacionamiento, di muchas vueltas buscando lugar. finalmente una empleada, de mala manera y haciendome seguir esperando mucho ya que estaba atendiendo otra cliente, me dijo que estacione en doble fila, cosa que es ilegal y segui buscando lugar. Luego esa misma empleada me mal trato y dijo que tenia que pagar un dia extra por una hora de retraso aproximadamente (igual mintio al anotar la hora), me maltrato como nadie en Espana, soberbia y pedante. Conclusion, AVIS me cobro un dia extra de auto. Solicite el nombre de la empleada muchas veces, No solo no lo informaron, sino que dijeron que es politica de la empresa 20 minutos de demora (ni siquiera la empleada encontro en la letra chica del contrato lo que me informo). Ademas, me dijeron que realice una nueva queja, sino estaba conforme, con un ente europeo, pero ese ente es solo para la gente con domicilio en Europa. INCREIBLE! Era cliente de AVIS, ahora... NUNCA MAS!
I rented a car for 24 hours in Madrid, I had to return it in Jaen. I delivered it late, since they don't have parking, I walked around looking for a place. Finally, an employee, in a rude manner and making me continue waiting for a long time since she was serving another customer, told me to double park, which is illegal, and I continued looking for a spot. Then that same employee mistreated me and said that I had to pay an extra day for approximately one hour of delay (she still lied when writing down the time), she mistreated me like no one else in Spain, arrogant and pedantic. Conclusion, AVIS charged me an extra day for the car. I asked for the employee's name many times. Not only did they not inform it, but they said that it is the company's policy to delay 20 minutes (not even the employee found what she informed me in the fine print of the contract). Furthermore, they told me to make a new complaint, if I was not satisfied, with a European entity, but that entity is only for people residing in Europe. INCREDIBLE! I was an AVIS customer, now... NEVER AGAIN!

Avis never again charges a surcharge on the bill for refueling when I leave it full to the filler neck, they deliver the vehicle to me with the front tires on the warning lights, vehicle in poor condition. 24 Hr Rental EUR240 Avis for me this company never again.
CUIDADO, TE DEJAN TIRADO!! Totalmente INCUMPLIDORES. Realice una reserva por pagina web, con 3 semanas de antelacion, para recoger un vehiculo en Jaen. Se me confirmo a las 48 horas de realizarla y se me envio numero de confirmacion de reserva. Hasta ahi todo perfecto. Pero 24 HORAS ANTES de recoger el vehiculo me llaman desde Jaen para decirme que lo sienten mucho pero los vehiculos de ese tipo estan todos ocupados y que no pueden ofrecerme ninguno. Y despues de mucho protestar, me ofrecen otro vehiculo totalmente distinto y tengo que ir a recogerlo yo a otra ciudad. . Lo dicho, IMPRESENTABLES, INCUMPLIDORES Y POCO FIABLES.
BE CAREFUL, THEY LEAVE YOU DOWN!! Totally NON-COMPLIANT. I made a reservation on the website, 3 weeks in advance, to pick up a vehicle in Jaen. It was confirmed 48 hours after making it and I was sent a reservation confirmation number. Until then everything is perfect. But 24 HOURS BEFORE picking up the vehicle they called me from Jaen to tell me that they are very sorry but the vehicles of that type are all occupied and that they cannot offer me any. And after much protest, they offer me another completely different vehicle and I have to go pick it up in another city. . As I said, UNPRESENTABLE, NON-FULFILLING AND UNRELIABLE.
Mi experiencia ha sido maravillosa. El coche super bueno y La chica Cristina es muy atenciosa y buena gente. Siempre que yo necesite de un coche volvere a este sitio. Recomiendo!

Mi experiencia puedo clasificarla como muy buena. He tenido un vehiculo de alta gama y en relacion al precio/calidad es fantastico. Satisfecho por la gran atencion personal y profesional de la empresa y la limpieza del vehiculo, practicamente nuevo. No lo dudare en ningun la proxima vez, que no creo que tarde mucho.

Muy descontento. Al principio todo genial y el precio muy bien. La sorpresa viene hoy cuando nos llaman a una semana del viaje y nos dicen que se ha producido un error y que el precio que nos habian dado con la estaba mal y realmente es... el doble!!! Si reservais con ellos, aseguraos que os lo dan por escrito, para evitar sustos. Desde mi experiencia, muy poca seriedad
