We have always had a great experience when renting a car with you guys! We had to have this one for a car accident my wife was I. But regardless the staff was perfect as usual and willing to help. Thank You.
I recently rented a truck from Enterprise in Jacksonville and was disappointed with the experience. The pickup process took an extremely long time, especially compared to the efficiency of airport locations. On a positive note, the staff member who assisted me was friendly. However, the truck itself was dirty inside and out, forcing me to wash it just to see out the windows. Additionally, I discovered the driver's side tire was extremely low at 24 PSI. The lady did notice this during the inspection. For peace of mind, I stopped at Discount Tire, where they found a nail in it and had to make a repair, which took nearly an hour. Overall, this experience did not meet the expectations I have for Enterprise. I hope they can improve their vehicle maintenance and rental processes in the future.
Always excellent service at Enterprise on Western in Jacksonville NC. Cars are always available and clean. They offer a customer pick up service which is awesome. I also like that I could extend days I needed the car on line.
I've rented from this location a couple times and have always been satisfied. This last time, I discovered that I left a considerable amount of money under a seat after turning the car in after-hours. I didn't realize it until the next day. This was a Saturday afternoon and they were closed... I waited through Sunday.... Monday morning I called and the guy said, "Yes, sir, I've got it right here." I thank God for your integrity and honesty.
Was told by the workers to be here this morning a 9 am to pick up my rental car. Get to the stores location and they tell me I don't have a rental for the agreed upon price. Now if I have more money to spend they can get me in a car. The staff up here is very uneducated on how to do their job and do not keep their word. Defiantly won't be back and if you have the option, choose a better company to do business with. Message to the General Manager train your staff for customer service and how to keep their word. Remember customers are the only reason you have a job. Have the day you deserve!
We made a reservation online the night before. I was in and out in half an hour. The gentleman was very kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The building was clean and well kept. Will definitely choose this location if we are in need of a rental again.
I'm currently renting (partially) through my insurance company. Enterprise was prompt about getting vehicles available as quickly as possible, however the vehicle that was covered under my insurance was not available. I knew that it would be slightly over the amount. I asked the lady if it would cost me more, she told me no so I did not expect to pay the difference. I get a call a couple of weeks later and was told that there would be a balance. Being that I had already signed the rental agreement, I had no choice but to pay it. I felt mislead and disappointed. I could tell by the tone of the next young man that there were apparently notes under my contact as if he expected me to have an attitude when he told me that my current rental will be terminated on my 30 day mark then I would have to pay 300 dollars after that for a deposit. If my car isn't done, I would be willing to pay out of pocket, just not with them. Initially if I had known I would have to pay the difference, I would have rather waited until a car was available that my insurance would cover completely. So paying this out of pocket expense and an insurance deductible was not expected. I've been in the military a little over 11 years and have used enterprise many times for leisure. Typically the company as a whole provides great service, this one hiccup put a not so great taste in my mouth in terms of insurance involvement. I don't think I will use them again while I'm in this area. I gave 2 stars for the initial promptness. Overall, my vehicle completion date keeps getting changed and this whole experience has been stressful, so adding the hiccup from enterprise was not helpful. I know they are just doing their job though.
When called for a car that was reserved by my insurance company. They wouldn't pick me up. We was out of pick range for pick up service.spoked with the assistant manger on the phone. She told me the car was not in at the moment but returns was coming in later and I should call back at 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm to see if a car was available. I asked her wouldn't it be better to call or email me when a car is available and I can make arrangements to come and pick one up. Her tone immediately change. She finally agreed to call me when a car came in but never called. I called when I got home at 5.10 pm only to have the young man to tell me that a car was available 3 hours ago. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE JACKSONVILLE ENTERPRISE. now I have to take time from work and re arrange transportation to pick up the car from them.....
