No se lo recomiendo a nadie despues de la tomadura d pelo q m han hecho hoy. Poco profesionales . Llevo mi coche a revision despues d varios anos llevandolo alli y siempre pidiendo presupuesto previo x escrito , me dicen en el presupuesto q si tienen q cambiar algo m lo hacen saber primero antes d cambiarlo cosa q no han hecho y m lo han cambiado . Tb hace 3 meses fui a ponerle addiblue al coche porque se m encendio el avisador en el tablero y m cobran 90 euros x el adiblue + un bombillo , les pregunto porque ha salido tan caro y la respuesta es porque m han puesto la diagnosis al coche ( algo que no entiendo) si yo solo iba a ponerle el addiblue y cambiar el bombillo . Pues hoy la senora q m atiende m explica todo esto d una forma no correcta porque habla mientras va caminando y dandome la espalda , cuando le digo q tenian q habermelo consultado porque es algo q m han puesto x WhatsApp parece qno le gusta y le digo q m siento enganada se ofende otra vez y l deja con la palabra en la boca . Pues para terminar manda a otra empleada a q m cobre para q m marche . Hasta ahora no habia hablado porque pense q eran cosas q yo no entendia pero ya esta bien.

Also 3 months ago I went to put addiblue on the car because the warning light came on on the dashboard and they charged me 90 euros for the adiblue + a light bulb, I ask them why it has been so expensive and the answer is because they have put the diagnosis on the car ( something I don't understand) if I was just going to put the addiblue on it and change the light bulb. Well, today the lady who assists me explains all this in an incorrect way because she talks while walking and turning her back to me. When I tell her that they had to ask me about it because it is something that they put on WhatsApp, it seems that she doesn't like it and I tell her that I feel Deceived, she is offended again and he leaves the word in her mouth. Well, to finish, he sends another employee to pay me so that I can leave. Until now I hadn't spoken because I thought they were things I didn't understand but that's okay.

No recomiendo para nada ni la compra ni el taller compre una moto no llego a los 7mil km y despues 8 meses en el taller sin revisar y tratando de enganarme con los recambios y cobrando mantenimiento mal echaos con toda su cara dura sinverguenza con todas las pruebas en mi mano por si alguna duda

Pues tengo ganas de contar mi experiencia, yo arto de comprarme motos scooter de la calle dicidi comprarles una moto de Segundamano , la moto se veia bien se encendia a la primera y demas , vale , pues ni en un mes ya la moto dandome problemas , en resumidas cuentas, la dichosa moto estubo mas en el taller que en mi garaje , tanto que se supone que ellos antes de vender revisan... Ya les digo que hay muchas otras tiendas antes de ir aqui.. es pesimo , solo quieren dinerito en efectivo porque por tarjeta , no le interesaba vendermela, pero no dar soluciones y si te las dan , esperate en el sofa sentado porque van a tardar lo que no esta escrito , en fin ,1.200EUR en una moto que ni los valia pero me fie de la tienda ,y si lo llego a saber sigo comprando motos de la calle que seguro estan mejores condiciones que las que ellos venden no volvere , eso seguro!

Le pongo una estrella por que no puedo ponerle menos. Aparte de no darme garantia en el coche que compre de segundamano. Me dijeron que el coche estaba bien de motor y no es asi. El motor de arranque esta mal. Las pastillas de freno se las tube que poner nuevas. Y un sin fin de detalles que no me dijeron. No compreis en ese establecimiento. Venden humo.

The starter motor is bad. I had to put new brake pads on. And endless details that they didn't tell me. Do not buy at that establishment. They sell smoke.
El taller deja mucho que desear no respetan la privacidad ,el senor que trabaja que es el jefe o responsable de taller sabe menos que un aprendiz de mecanico se cree que sabe mucho y no sabe ni la mitad de lo que dice. Te dicen tanto tiempo y despues es mas tiempo o menos y te cobran por lo alto es exagerado NO RECOMENDARIA ESTE TALLER A NADIE.

They tell you so much time and then it's more time or less and they charge you a lot, it's exaggerated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP TO ANYONE.
No son nada profesionales, compre una moto de segunda mano que ellos vendia la cual me informaron que revisaron antes de su venta, que la moto estaba perfecta y al dia, cual es mi sorpresa que en menos de un mes la moto ya no arrancaba, me dio por mirar la bujia y estaba inservible, osea que ni la bujia la pusieron nueva, mire tambien el filtro del aire y practicamente se desintegro en mis manos, un filtro que parecia que no se habia cambiado en anos. No quieto saber que mas fallos dara la moto pero tengo claro que ellos no revisaron nada, y los mecanicos se mueven menos que los ojos de espinete, vaya forma de enganar a la gente...no vuelvo jamas a comprar alli, tened cuidado con lo que venden de segunda mano porque no esta del todo revisado.
