No gestionan los papeles.... esperas un mes y no se ha hecho nada de nada... cuando supuestamente tienen una respuesta tampoco te llaman para avisarte... tienes que ir tu y llamar y preguntar. Respuesta super rapida y el coche fue aceptado y reparado en muy poco tiempo, el precio estaba bien. !Una estrella de deduccion para la amabilidad en el mostrador y que usted tiene que pagar por el coche de reemplazo para mas dias de lo que necesita en el final, que es un poco mas amigable con el cliente y luego tambien hay 5 estrellas en el interior!

Very unprofessional rental company and services!!! Van/Car broke down after few hours of renting. Had to wait more than two hours (and many phonecalls) for mechanics to show up. They didn't care...Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I rented a car whilst mine was being serviced, it smelt so bad i had to drive with the windows open & asked to swap it but they told me they all smell bad. A while after the service when a strange noise came from the brake disk (they had replaced) they couldn't give me a time when they could have a quick look to verify the problem and that i would have to leave the car there , I said i couldn't as I don't live nearby could they not just have a quick look, but they gave no options, I complained this was rubbish client support & they hung up the phone. This is after spending over 2,000EUR with them.

Terrible vehicle rental and repair center. I have taken the car in twice and each time they have done a worse job, for example repainting an area of the car in a different color, they do the poorly done job lazily and they dont care because they still have people. Negative experience! Being professionals is something much more serious than what they do in this workshop, which in my opinion is more business-oriented than service-oriented. After reporting to my insurance for a hit to my vehicle, they offered me this COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOP (May 27). Contact with the workshop, appraisal is carried out and on JUNE 4 the PAYMENT COMMITMENT is received. They delivered the car to me on JULY 16. My vehicle needed replacing a couple of pieces of sheet metal, moldings and changing a headlight (in principle, since transparency is zero, they did not inform me of anything, nor did I see an expert report, nor invoices for parts installed... they will be copies or originals...lack of transparency that generates mistrust, among other attitudes) this is why my vehicle was in the workshop for 15 days. No empathy with the client, indifference to my concerns, poor manners and treatment of a client, they do not keep their word, nor deadlines in three days was the first one they gave me, dragging their feet during those times, apart from the previous insistence for my part to fix the damage, since as I stated from the beginning I had a pending appointment with the MOT. In my opinion, a service disaster, they even report the repair since the clearance between the door and one piece is greater than that on the other side...of which, by the way, no one has ever been interested in knowing the degree of satisfaction, my feeling when I went to pick up the vehicle, a month and a half after contacting them, was that I was leaving and not coming back and the truth is that it is reciprocal. Maybe now, in the face of this public comment, they deign to be interested, perhaps to apologize, something that they have never been able to do in private, maybe they cling to the fact that they gave me a replacement car (offering me all risk for 15/day, so for 15 days I would have had to pay 225) or they took my vehicle to pass the MOT. Tras dar parte a mi seguro por un golpe dado a mi vehiculo, me ofrecen este TALLER COLABORADOR (27 mayo). Contacto con el taller, se realiza peritacion y el 4 de JUNIO se recibe el COMPRPMISO DE PAGO. Me entregan el coche el 16 de JULIO. Mi vehiculo necesito sustitucion de un par de piezas de chapa, molduras y cambio de un faro (en principio, ya que la transparencia es nula, no me informaron de nada, ni vi informe pericial, ni facturas de piezas puestas... seran copias u originales...falta de transparencia que genera desconfianza, entre otras actitudes) para esto estuvo mi vehiculo 15 dias en el taller. Nula empatia con el cliente, indiferencia ante mis inquietudes, mala educacion y trato a un cliente, no cumplen palabra, ni plazos en tres dias fue el primero que me dieron, dando largas asi durante esos tiempos, a parte de la insistencia anterior por mi parte para que arreglaran el golpe, ya que como manifeste desde un principio tenia cita pendiente con la itv. En mi opinion un desastre de servicio, incluso den parte de la reparacion ya que la holgura entre la puerta y una pieza es superior a la del otro lado...del que, por cierto, nadie en ningun momento se ha interesado en conocer el grado de satisfaccion del mismo, mi sensacion cuando fui a recoger el vehiculo, un mes y medio despues de contactar con ellos, es de que me marchara para no volver y la verdad es que es reciproco. Igual ahora ante este comentario publico se dignen a interesarse, quizas para disculparse, cosa que en ningun momento han sido capaces de hacer en privado, igual se aferran a que me dieron coche de sustitucion (ofreciendo me todo riesgo por 15 /dia, asi por 15 dias 225 hubiera tenido que abonar) o que llevaron ellos mi vehiculo a pasar la itv. Si fuesen serios... nada de eso queria yo Nada, un cumulo de despropositos.

Es comprensible que el procedimiento habitual sea dejar los coches afuera, mientras que no se trabaja en su reparacion. Pero cuando el coche por el estado en que se encuentra, es muy vulnerable a la posibilidad de actos vandalicos, se esperaria un poco mas de comprension por su parte, una sensibilidad diferente y que lo dejaran dentro del taller. Decir que te lo puedes llevar a otro taller, cuando el seguro tiene un numero de viajes de grua definido, en este caso llevar el coche al taller y si procede de vuelta a casa tras la reparacion, no me parece de recibo. Aunque la culpa no sea achacable en exclusiva a ellos, el seguro tambien tiene su parte,la postura que han mantenido no ha sido en absoluto de comprension, buscando una solucion entre todas las partes, sino mas bien desentenderse del problema de malas maneras. No lo recomiendo.
