Mi mujer alquila un coche para tres dias. Le dan un coche con 350.000 kms, embrague roto que meter las marchas es un suplicio, como una pocilga por dentro, casi en la reserva. Al dia siguiente se lo comunicamos a atencion al cliente y nos dice que que quiere que hagamos.....que pongamos una resena. Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner cero. El contrato venia mal la matricula, nos lo cambiaron al dia siguiente.
My wife rents a car for three days. They give you a car with 350,000 km, a broken clutch, and shifting gears is an ordeal, like a pigsty inside, almost in reserve. The next day we told customer service and they told us what they wanted us to do... put a review. I put one star because it won't let me put zero. The contract was wrong, the registration was changed, they changed it the next day.
Bueno a lo primero, para recoger el vehiculo no habia nadie .Habia que llamar a un telefono que tardo en contestar y tuve que llamar a la central. Despues de conseguir contactar habia en la pared unas cajas con teclado ,la cual te dan un codigo que tienes que marcar para liberar las llaves del vehiculo el cual esta aparcado en el exterior .Y luego para dejarlo tienes nuevamente que ponerte en contacto con el telefono para darte el codigo para dejar las llaves. Por lo demas muy bien, el vehiculo iba perfecto y muy comodo. Si alguna vez lo vuelvo a necesitar, repetire sin duda.
Well first of all, there was no one to pick up the vehicle. I had to call a phone that took a while to answer and I had to call the central office. After getting in touch, there were some boxes with a keypad on the wall, which give you a code that you have to dial to release the keys to the vehicle which is parked outside. And then to leave it you have to contact the phone again. to give you the code to leave the keys. Otherwise very good, the vehicle was perfect and very comfortable. If I ever need it again, I will definitely repeat.
Agencia que funciona de manera peculiar, el alquiler, entrega y devolucion se hacen a distancia, telefonicamente. Todo de forma muy relajada y sin quebraderos de cabeza. El coche estaba muy usado pero personalmente no me ha causado ningun problema. Yo solicite sus servicios y ellos me lo han dado. Particularmente ha sido una experiencia positiva para mi y todo me ha convenido perfectamente, simple, sencillo y sin pretension. Gracias
Agency that works in a peculiar way, the rental, delivery and return are done remotely, by telephone. All in a very relaxed way and without headaches. The car was very used but it hasn't caused me any problems personally. I requested their services and they gave it to me. In particular, it has been a positive experience for me and everything has suited me perfectly, simple, straightforward and without pretension. Thank you
NO LO RECOMIENDO ME DIERON UN COCHE QUE EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA LAS PUERTAS NO CERRABAN LA DE ATRAS Y EL MALRTERO . NO TE ATIENDEN PERSONALMENTE TIENES QUE COGER LAS LLAVES EN UN CAMION QUE ESTA A PARCADO AL LADO . VAMOS UN DESASTRE . NUNCA A VIA VISTO ESTO.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT THEY GAVE ME A CAR THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK THE DOORS DIDN'T CLOSE THE BACK ONE AND THE MALTER. THEY DO NOT ATTEND YOU PERSONALLY YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR KEYS FROM A TRUCK THAT IS PARKED NEXT TO THE WAY. LET'S GO A DISASTER. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS.
No lo recomiendo para nada ,alquile un coche hace unos dias y no vuelvo mas porque era un coche muy viejo y hecho polvo por dentro y olia fatal y encima el sitio esta super retirado de todo muy complicado a la hora de recogerlo y entregarlo puesto que como no sea con coche lo tienes mal.la verdad que he alquilado varias veces en otros sitios y nunca me habia pasado esto . Espero que mi comentario os valga de algo.
I don't recommend it at all, I rented a car a few days ago and I won't be coming back because it was a very old car and ruined inside and it smelled horrible and on top of that the place is super far away from everything, very complicated when it comes to picking it up and delivering it since Unless you have a car, you have it bad. The truth is that I have rented several times in other places and this has never happened to me. I hope my comment is of something to you.
