AD Alberto Dorner - Boutique Villas in Icod de los Vinos

Our experience with AD Villas was absolutely above and beyond our expectations in every way. The property, views, amenities, communication and customer service made an already great vacation the perfect vacation. We cannot recommend them, or their villas enough. If I could leave 6 stars I would!

Despite a serious breakdown in the apartment, Kai personally offered us help and accommodated us in other apartments and helped us look for another place for the rest of our stay. Wonderful stay (Villa A) for 9 nights, the view is stunning and the staff really responsive. They can offer you different extras to accomodate guests and its a really personnal experience, which i really appreciated. Super service, highly recommended place.

Very beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment. There is a lot of space and plenty of rooms with everything we needed. View from the terrace is amazing (we could see the ocean and Pico de Teide). There was only one small problem with unstable water temperature and pressure in the shower.

Staying at the AD Apartments is unique. The service is incredible. All team members are extremely nice and always ready to help. A personal contact supports you with all your concerns and regularly checks in to see if everything is okay. Despite booking through Airbnb, there was even cleaning service - I have never experienced this before. A small welcome and farewell gift complete the experience. It doesn't get any better than this! The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. The terrace is amazing. Every morning starts with birdsong and a magnificent view of the sea. The evening can be enjoyed with an impressive sunset. We felt incredibly comfortable and were able to enjoy our time and the island to the fullest.

Excellent stay. The apartment villa was so perfect and it provided us with a really authentic Canarian experience. English-speaking staff made it easy to communicate at all times and every last detail was taken care of including luxurious extras such as planning tastings of local wines, a 24hr shop and food hampers upon arrival. It felt like home from home and it was so refreshing to stay somewhere where you felt that they truly cared not just about their guests but about everything. Kay, Elena and the ALBERTO DORNER team work so hard to promote sustainable tourism and they manage to create an experience that feels luxurious and homely at the same time. I would 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto Dorner and would happily have stayed longer. The villa was immaculate and the pool was just perfect, so nice to have a heated pool and therefore we used it every day. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside barbecue was easy to use. Great views from the villa in a very quiet area. The local wines we chose from the Bodega were lovely. The team really looked after us and we felt very welcome. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be staying here when we next return to Tenerife.
