Recently had a terrible experience with them. I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices and the poor condition of their vehicles. Firstly, they illegally withheld the deposit I paid upfront. Despite returning the car in good condition, they came up with unfounded excuses to keep my money without giving proof. Secondly, the condition of the cars they rent is appalling. The vehicle I was given was dirty, had several dents, and the interior smelled terrible. It was clear that the car had not been properly maintained for a long time. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
They gave us a quad with broken breaks. When we told them we are late because we had to drive extra careful and slow to return the quad, they still charged us for an extra day of rent. Make sure you test the vehicles in advance, or better stay away from this store.
I have been using these services quite often and have never encountered such friendly and professional staff before. I first rented a scooter for 3 days and then switched to a car. Everything was easy and well-organized, with very high-quality vehicles. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

Great scooter hire place with friendly staff. We've used the Ibiza Town office twice now for Vespa hire and they're always great! Super friendly team, if a little slow (paperwork all very manual) I'd recommend booking online as it will save time on the collection day. Thanks!
DO NOT GET FOOLED AND BE CAREFUL Me and my Partner rented a scooter at the store for 3 days. We paid a caution of 200EUR. We never got the money back. They told us we rented the scooter for longer than we actually did and that they took the caution because of it. We have not rented the scooter for longer and have been in Germany at this point already. We showed them our flight tickets and everything. We wrote so many e mails to the service, nobody tried to help. !!! They even faked our contract afterwards (see attached picture, no signature on the paper they showed us !!!!! The most inhumane thing to scam people like that because of only 200EUR. Very unprofessional.
Good rental service! Good quality, good prices. Insurance is included in the price, franchise is 350EUR. For 7EUR/day the 350EUR franchise can be dropped. In this case you have to pay 100EUR guarantee. In case you don't take the 7EUR/day extra, you have to pay 350EUR guarantee. I didn't take the extra insurance. At the end, after checkup, the 350EUR was paid back rightaway (mastercard). The Piaggio Beverly 125cc, fuel tank is about 6 liter. Good to know in case you need to pay upfront at gas stations. Bike was in perfect condition. The bike has a big trunk for 2 helmets and perfect for your bags while riding. I would come back.
