Wahrend eines Kreuzfahrtaufenthalt in Ibiza genutzt. Alles problemlos verlaufen, Reservierung uber Homepage des Anbieters war problemlos samt Kindersitze. Das Buro im Hafenterminal war punktlich geoffnet, Ubergabe unkomplizert. Auto ziemlich neu und vernunftig sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert um Ibiza an einem Tag zu erkunden.
Used during a cruise stay in Ibiza. Everything went smoothly, reservations were made via the provider's website, including child seats. The office in the port terminal was open on time and the handover was uncomplicated. Car fairly new and reasonably clean. Highly recommended to explore Ibiza in one day.

Great service and nice clean car
Wir haben das Auto vorab uber das Internet gebucht. 30 Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Termin wurden wir uber WhatsApp kontaktiert und uns der Standort des Autos auf dem Parkplatz am Kreuzfahrtterminal und die Lage des Schlussels mitgeteilt. Im Auto war ein Namensschild und das Auto war topp. Wir haben den verbrauchten Sprit nachgetankt und das Auto abends wieder auf den Parkplatz gestellt. Alles super, sehr zu empfehlen.
We booked the car in advance online. 30 minutes before the agreed appointment we were contacted via WhatsApp and told us the location of the car in the parking lot at the cruise terminal and the location of the key. There was a nameplate in the car and the car was great. We refueled with the used fuel and put the car back in the parking lot in the evening. Everything was great, highly recommended.
Top Service, Auto stand zur angegebenen Zeit direkt am Hafen. Sind einfach eingestiegen und haben die Insel erkundet. Dann haben wir das Auto nach dem volltanken einfach wieder abgestellt. Kann man echt jedem empfehlen der mit dem Schiff anlegt. Besser geht nicht. Top top top. Beim nachsten mal wieder. Danke
Top service, car was right at the port at the specified time. We just got in and explored the island. Then we simply parked the car again after filling up the tank. I can really recommend it to anyone who docks by ship. It couldn't be better. Top top top. Next time again. Thanks
Excellent service
Teniamos contratada la devolucion del coche en esta oficina a las 8 de la manana y lo confirmamos cuando lo recogimos (en la oficina de Sant Antoni). A pesar de ello, y de que dice que esta abierto 24 horas, no encontramos personal ni un telefono de contacto. Tuvimos que contactar con la oficina del aeropuerto para saber como devolver el coche: habia que dejarlo en un parking especial con las llaves dentro. Estos tramites, que nos podrian haber dicho desde el principio cuando recogimos el coche, nos hicieron perder 1 hora de nuestro tiempo, ademas de ir con el miedo a que pasara algo y pudieran quedarse con el deposito. Aconsejaria que se diera informacion sobre como se realiza la devolucion para evitar perdidas de tiempo y quebraderos de cabeza por parte de los usuarios.
We had arranged to return the car at this office at 8 in the morning and we confirmed it when we picked it up (at the Sant Antoni office). Despite this, and the fact that it says that it is open 24 hours, we did not find staff or a contact telephone number. We had to contact the airport office to find out how to return the car: we had to leave it in a special parking lot with the keys inside. These procedures, which they could have told us from the beginning when we picked up the car, made us waste 1 hour of our time, in addition to going with the fear that something would happen and they could keep the deposit. I would advise providing information on how returns are made to avoid loss of time and headaches on the part of users.
Easy to use website, good selection of cars at fair prices. Friendly staff and office right when you leave the ferry. The car (Fiat 500) was clean, good tires. Only the RPM gauge was faulty. But hey, it's a Fiat, what do you expect? Great for a daytrip to Ibiza or a longer trip. With the all in insurance (15EUR/day) no worries, only the loss of the key will cost you money... Or a speeding ticket offcourse, but good luck speeding on most of Ibiza's roads! ;-)
