As an Executive Elite member of National, I have rented cars from 20+ locations and this was by far the best. Great experience provided by Eloy when I arrived to start my rental and great return experience provided by Guillermo.
Complete scam! If I could give this zero stars I would. I have Emerald club which I've used many times over the years in the US, and UK. I booked a car at Ibiza airport. Guillermo gave me a car and said it would cost 400euros. The car was filthy and had no fuel in it. He then charged me 785 euros. I tried calling them, emailing them and made a complaint online. Three weeks later I have had no reply. AN absolute scam and Guillermo is a fraudster. BE AWARE. I have since cancelled my credit card, and will never use National again
