Half and hour wait for the bikes, and payment by the hour when we were told that it was 40 euros a day, because it was quiet at that time of the year. The boss was agressive and really unpleasant. Why work in a service - leisure service - company??????? Too bad to end our great week end in Ibiza this way...

Best rental in Ibiza! I rented 3 scooters in Mai 2023 for a week and they were perfect. In September 2023 I rented a Fiat 500, and it was in mint conditions. Also, the staff knows how to take care of the customers, for exemple, they bring you the car directly to the airport for you when you arrive, and they come to pick it up at the airport at the end of your stay. I recommend it!

We have rented a couple of scooters about 2 weeks ago. Getting my deposit back is a pain in the ***. They say that my bank blocks the payment, which isn't true and they keep making excuses paying me the deposit back. Such a bad experience after a really great time. They are not to be trusted. Demand your money back in cash or they will scam you.
