This review is a continuation of James Rae's review due to the character limit. Please read my previous review for a full understanding. I believe this is very unfair because I was on my way to a popular tourist spot, In Ibiza if you go to many of the beaches, sunset spots, cafe mambo car park etc you usually have to drive on a gravel surface to get there. The road I was driving on is regularly maintained to keep it safe and I have driven on many much worse gravel roads in Ibiza when I've stayed in villa's on previous holidays. The fact is that the majority of people who are paying 400 euro a day to rent a car in Ibiza are most likely staying in these remote villas where the only access is via a gravel road so I feel his response was totally unacceptable. The photo I sent him shows a very small scuff on the alloy and no cracks or intensive damage which proves that I was not driving fast or recklessly and I was simply the victim of an unfortunate incident. When arguing this I was told the vehicle I'd rented was not suitable for dirt roads, I was told Jeep wranglers etc are off road vehicles and the one I rented was not. I then asked him to elaborate on 'etc' as I was driving a 4x4 SUV with an off road drive mode which I was using at the time of the incident, to which he simply responded saying I had damaged the vehicle and will be receiving a bill shortly, which I think is incredibly unfair. Upon receiving the final bill I noticed I'd been charged for two tyres not one, I had been charged for recovery even though it states in the terms and conditions that replacement tyres and recovery are free in the event of a puncture. I have EU breakdown cover, if this was explained to me when I sent him my location and first notified him of the breakdown I would have arranged it myself and avoided this charge and a 3 hour wait however no sympathy was given and the full amount was deducted from my deposit. Finally I was also charged for a burn in the carpet which I do not believe was caused be me. I respected the vehicle and did not smoke or allow my friends to smoke in it until I was stranded for 3 hours which admittedly I did then smoke two cigarettes in the car with the door open, I'm certain however I did not burn the carpet and In my 12 years of smoking and driving I have never burnt my own vehicle so I find it very hard to believe I managed to do it in the 3 hours I was stranded with the rental. He sent me a photo of a small amount of tobacco on the floor next to the burn and I believe this is another scam which I imagine he's charged lots of people for already. If so that would explain why he took such a detailed video of the outside of the car but nothing of the inside. I have attached photo evidence for everyone to view on my previous review, I feel completely robbed by Ibiza best car, taking a total of 2652 euro from my deposit. I will NEVER use ibiza best car or Luxury car ibiza ever again and I strongly advise anyone reading this not to make the same mistake as me.

We rented a Jeep but after day 3 the car broke down with a flat battery. It look 1.5hrs for someone to come and fix it which ruined our day and meant we had to abort our plans. When we raised this with the rep they refused to acknowledge a flat battery constituted a breakdown. We don't understand why this is the case. The mechanic confirmed that flat batteries are a common fault on Jeeps and it was not a result of us leaving the ac / radio etc. on. We returned the car with half a tank of fuel and requested that we not be charged for the fuel as a fair compromise but they refused. Disappointing service for in the end. We would not recommend renting through this company. The company have now tried to state that the fault was ours - this is a complete lie and shows the calibre of company you would be dealing with should you choose to use them.

When I contacted Stefano to report the lost headphones, the response I received was nothing short of shocking. Instead of empathizing with my situation and offering assistance, you responded in an aggressive and unhelpful manner. Their lack of professionalism and empathy only served to exacerbate my frustration, making me feel undervalued and disrespected as a customer. Furthermore, I would have expected your company to take immediate action upon being notified of the lost item. However, Stefano displayed a complete lack of initiative and did not make any genuine effort to assist me in locating the headphones. Instead, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to rectify the situation. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction treat its patrons in such a careless and callous manner. As a result of this unfortunate experience, I have lost not only a valuable possession but also my faith in your company's commitment to customer service. I strongly urge you to address these concerns promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This may include compensating me for the lost headphones or implementing measures to ensure such incidents are prevented in the future. Additionally, I believe it is crucial for your customer service representatives to receive training in effective communication and conflict resolution to prevent any further instances of aggression towards your customers. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience on various review platforms and social media channels. I believe it is essential for other potential customers to be aware of the poor service and negligence they may encounter when dealing with your company. Arguably the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I rented a car from Stefano and shortly after returning the car to them at the airport realized I left a valuable item in the car. I have an AirTag on the item, and could see exactly where it was. Stefano decided to lie about having the item, steal it, and on top of all of that threaten me if I left a bad review. These people are not just bad at service, they are thieves and liars. Be very very careful.

In early October I booked an Audi RSQ8 through luxury car Ibiza. Soon after confirming the booking I was contacted by Ibiza best car, advising me that the car was his and he would meet me on the day of rental. He advised me that luxury car Ibiza use him for certain cars and asked me if I wanted to cancel the booking with them and book it directly with himself. I declined this request and didnt think anything of it at the time however I now reflect back and realise this was a clear attempt to take Luxury car Ibizas commission from them, I regret not realising from this message the dishonesty of who I was doing business with. On collection we both did a walk round and took videos of the exterior of the car however no videos were taken of the inside by either myself or Ibiza best car, I had a quick look and everything looked clean so away I went. The following day I was on the way to a popular viewpoint for the sunset when the tyre suffered a puncture. I contacted Ibiza best car and provided my GPS current location, a photo of the damage and of the car location. Ibiza best car sent me the link for his recovery service which I contacted. It was all in Spanish and didnt have any option to fill in the application in a different language however I managed to do it and awaited recovery. The recovery driver came in around 25 minutes expecting to change the wheel however there was no replacement so he told me he would send for a flat bed truck to recover the car and the office would contact me shortly. After an hour I contacted the recovery office again and they kept hanging up on me because I didnt speak Spanish, eventually getting through to someone who seemed helpful and told me theyd send another driver. After a further 90 minutes I was still waiting so I contacted Ibiza best car who told me he would call them on my behalf and contact me back. Soon after Ibiza best car contacted me, advising that he has just been in an argument with the recovery company because they simply did not want to recover me, giving the reason that it was now 9pm on a Saturday night and the driver couldnt be bothered to travel to my location. I was absolutely disgusted by such terrible service, leaving me stranded for over 3 hours alone in the dark. Although this Isnt the direct fault of Ibiza best car, the incompetent company he uses for recovery is simply not acceptable. Eventually a driver came to recover me and the next morning I contacted Ibiza best car because Id left some possessions in the car, needed to retrieve them and wanted to discuss getting a replacement vehicle. I was then forwarded photos that seemed to be sent from the recovery company of what looked like scratches all over the car and he told me I would not be getting a replacement car, giving the impression I would be losing my entire 5000 euro deposit. I reassured him that these were not scratches, only dirt however I understood his concerns and we agreed to wait until the car had been cleaned before discussing it further. Around 48 hours later I was contacted again to confirm it was only dirt on the bodywork and at that point I requested a replacement vehicle for 36 hours as due to the unfortunate incident my rental had been cut short. This was responded to very assertively by Ibiza best car telling me that I had damaged the vehicle, would not be receiving a replacement and that I would be getting billed for the damages, when I contested this and said how unfairly treated I felt he responded that I had taken the vehicle off road and due my negligence the tyre had popped. Due to the character limit I will continue this review on a separate account

Before hiring I looked at these reviews and saw that there was someone who was supposedly robbed.
