This review is a continuation of James Rae's review due to the character limit. Please read my previous review for a full understanding. I believe this is very unfair because I was on my way to a popular tourist spot, In Ibiza if you go to many of the beaches, sunset spots, cafe mambo car park etc you usually have to drive on a gravel surface to get there. The road I was driving on is regularly maintained to keep it safe and I have driven on many much worse gravel roads in Ibiza when I've stayed in villa's on previous holidays. The fact is that the majority of people who are paying 400 euro a day to rent a car in Ibiza are most likely staying in these remote villas where the only access is via a gravel road so I feel his response was totally unacceptable. The photo I sent him shows a very small scuff on the alloy and no cracks or intensive damage which proves that I was not driving fast or recklessly and I was simply the victim of an unfortunate incident. When arguing this I was told the vehicle I'd rented was not suitable for dirt roads, I was told Jeep wranglers etc are off road vehicles and the one I rented was not. I then asked him to elaborate on 'etc' as I was driving a 4x4 SUV with an off road drive mode which I was using at the time of the incident, to which he simply responded saying I had damaged the vehicle and will be receiving a bill shortly, which I think is incredibly unfair. Upon receiving the final bill I noticed I'd been charged for two tyres not one, I had been charged for recovery even though it states in the terms and conditions that replacement tyres and recovery are free in the event of a puncture. I have EU breakdown cover, if this was explained to me when I sent him my location and first notified him of the breakdown I would have arranged it myself and avoided this charge and a 3 hour wait however no sympathy was given and the full amount was deducted from my deposit. Finally I was also charged for a burn in the carpet which I do not believe was caused be me. I respected the vehicle and did not smoke or allow my friends to smoke in it until I was stranded for 3 hours which admittedly I did then smoke two cigarettes in the car with the door open, I'm certain however I did not burn the carpet and In my 12 years of smoking and driving I have never burnt my own vehicle so I find it very hard to believe I managed to do it in the 3 hours I was stranded with the rental. He sent me a photo of a small amount of tobacco on the floor next to the burn and I believe this is another scam which I imagine he's charged lots of people for already. If so that would explain why he took such a detailed video of the outside of the car but nothing of the inside. I have attached photo evidence for everyone to view on my previous review, I feel completely robbed by Ibiza best car, taking a total of 2652 euro from my deposit. I will NEVER use ibiza best car or Luxury car ibiza ever again and I strongly advise anyone reading this not to make the same mistake as me.
We rented a Jeep but after day 3 the car broke down with a flat battery. It look 1.5hrs for someone to come and fix it which ruined our day and meant we had to abort our plans. When we raised this with the rep they refused to acknowledge a flat battery constituted a breakdown. We don't understand why this is the case. The mechanic confirmed that flat batteries are a common fault on Jeeps and it was not a result of us leaving the ac / radio etc. on. We returned the car with half a tank of fuel and requested that we not be charged for the fuel as a fair compromise but they refused. Disappointing service for in the end. We would not recommend renting through this company. The company have now tried to state that the fault was ours - this is a complete lie and shows the calibre of company you would be dealing with should you choose to use them.

I recently rented a car from your establishment, and unfortunately, my friend left her valuable headphones inside the vehicle. What followed was an incredibly disheartening experience, which only compounded my disappointment. Firstly, your company's negligence in ensuring that the vehicle was thoroughly checked before returning it to the lot is simply unacceptable. It is the responsibility of your staff to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle after each rental to ensure that any items left behind by customers are found and returned promptly. The fact that the headphones were overlooked reflects a clear lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer belongings. When I contacted Stefano to report the lost headphones, the response I received was nothing short of shocking. Instead of empathizing with my situation and offering assistance, you responded in an aggressive and unhelpful manner. Their lack of professionalism and empathy only served to exacerbate my frustration, making me feel undervalued and disrespected as a customer. Furthermore, I would have expected your company to take immediate action upon being notified of the lost item. However, Stefano displayed a complete lack of initiative and did not make any genuine effort to assist me in locating the headphones. Instead, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to rectify the situation. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction treat its patrons in such a careless and callous manner. As a result of this unfortunate experience, I have lost not only a valuable possession but also my faith in your company's commitment to customer service. I strongly urge you to address these concerns promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This may include compensating me for the lost headphones or implementing measures to ensure such incidents are prevented in the future. Additionally, I believe it is crucial for your customer service representatives to receive training in effective communication and conflict resolution to prevent any further instances of aggression towards your customers. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience on various review platforms and social media channels. I believe it is essential for other potential customers to be aware of the poor service and negligence they may encounter when dealing with your company. I hope you understand the gravity of this situation and take the necessary steps to restore my faith in your company. I eagerly await your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Arguably the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I rented a car from Stefano and shortly after returning the car to them at the airport realized I left a valuable item in the car. I have an AirTag on the item, and could see exactly where it was. Stefano decided to lie about having the item, steal it, and on top of all of that threaten me if I left a bad review. These people are not just bad at service, they are thieves and liars. Be very very careful.
I did rent a mini for one week with this agency and I think it s the best of the island because all the cars are new and it s very cheap if you comperar it with other agencies.the staff is lovely and very kindly.if you guys are in Ibiza and you need to rent a car,i do suggest them to all off
I think the best car rental of the island. the jeep wrangles was new and perfect. airport delivery on time and people so friendly and professional. If you are in ibiza , don't miss this occasion to enjoy the island with a beautifull car!
