AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Hired out a vehicle on Saturday 30th. Agreement and costs was confirmed for 3 days hire. Got a call this morning from an angry man on the phone asking us where the car is threatening us with the police. We still have another day of our holiday we wouldn't have agreed only 2 days hire but he didn't care. CONTRACT WAS NEVER SENT and he blagged it saying it'll come through.. then suddenly it came through with his altered dates. Scammed into paying another PS134 or our plans today would be ruined with no transport. Now I'm reading about all these deposits not being returned and I bet we don't get ours back for whatever reason. I wish I reviewed this company first and avoided them!!!

The team was really helpful and supportive. I booked my car online when I landed as it was in the afternoon, I could only book a car 24hrs later as it was some restrictions. I have followed that and once I reach my hotel I call the company to explain to them the situation and manage to get the car earlier than the original time. They were really helpful and understanding, the prices were fair and the car that I had was well equipped... Recommend this company when you visit Ibiza

I've asked for Invoice, nobody cared to answer, called too many times, still haven't got my deposit back. I wrote so many emails... I wouldn't pick this company if I were you. I'm totally disappointed!

Mixed feelings with this company. I arrived to rent a Mini, and was immediately pushed to get an insurance by a woman speaking Catalan very fast (I'm a native Spanish speaker and told her that I don't speak Catalan, and I believe at that moment she switched to Spanish). Not a good way to start a relationship. I was requested to hire top insurance, at an extra of about EUR250. She mentioned that all cars need to be rented with insurance. There was no clear indication of this in the website used to rent the car. So a mini of EUR370 costed about EUR600 for 5 days. Quite a surprise that kind of ruined our trip. I felt scammed because of being "forced" to buy insurance at first. The lady said that if I don't buy, then they will take about EUR3k as a security deposit and continued to create fear "if something happens to the car...". Furthermore, I stopped a few meters out from the office to try to open the trunk and accommodate my luggage, and the people in the office was looking from far with distrust: it seemed, even if I was "forced" to pay this top extra insurance they seemed worried about the car. Again, not a very nice experience: car rental companies are known for being pushy, unfortunately, but I thought this company would be the exception. I'm still waiting for a refund of EUR20 for the additional driver that I didn't want. If they manage also to refund me the insurance cost, as a gesture of good-will and to make things right, I will update the review here. So far, not recommended. I would recommend K10 (I rented a second card with them in the same day, friendly experience, and the shuttle appeared in the Ibiza airport, the shuttle of "Class Rent a Car" never appeared).

Unfortunately, this company does not communicate with the client. Doesn't respond to emails, ignore at brunch, rude staff, and on the phone they ask me to write emails again. vicious circle. You will never get your money back, if you ask for refund.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! NOT ABLE TO REPLY AND TO FIND SOLUTION TO GIVE A REFUND TO THEIR CUSTOMER. 200 EUROS LOTS SINCE 7 OF MAY. MORE THAN 10 PHONE CALL AND STILL NOTHING... LOSING PATIENCE !

I rented a car at their playa d'en Bossa office. Good price and very friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone and will certainly use them next time!

The best Car-Rental in Ibiza. Good prices for the quality of service and of cars they provide. Their employees are very customer oriented. I am a loyal customer just for that!!
